Sure, Richie pretended like he didn't care much about you, but everyone could tell, (even you) that he really did. The second you pulled a short straw he was deflecting the whole method entirely. But you went in the well house anyways, highly aware of Richie's flustered nervousness as he was never a foot away from you. And his worries came true as Pennywise tricked you into following him by using your best friends body. Richie was freaking out, and Bill had to calm him down.

double update cause i feel bad. also, is it just me, or does anyone else like a soft richie? like 90% of the books i read he is really confident with everything relationship wise, whereas i think he would be self conscious?
