Chapter 4: Company 5

" Jaye, it's time to get up" Maki said as she shook me awake

" Ugh.... I am too tired" I said as Maki grabbed me and threw me to the floor

" WHAT THE HELL MAKI" I yelled as I held my back

" Get up or that will happen again" Maki said glaring at me as I rolled my eyes and got up and put my orange jumpsuit on and walked with Maki to the office where we do out online work

" Hello Jaye" Shinra said having that creepy smile on his face

" Hi Shinra, it's nice to see you doing well" I said with a smile as I sat beside him

" Wake up, stop looking like you're about to die of boredom" Shinra said as the phone rang

" This is Arthur Boyle, valiant knight and lord of Camelot, how can I help you" Arthur said into the phone as Maki took the phone away from him with giving him a chop on the head

" I am so sorry about that. Special Fire Force Company 8" Maki said 

" Ah, of course. Certainly" Maki said as the person on the phone explained what was happening

" Arthur.... why do you do this to yourself" I asked

" BECAUSE HE IS STUPID" Shinra yelled as Maki glared at him

" You might wanna shut up" I whispered

" Yeah, I got that" Shinra said as I went back to my work

" Alright, look alive Jaye, I need you to take Arthur and Shinra and go save a dog from a tree" Maki said as I looked at her like she was kidding

" You're kidding right.... why" I asked as she handed me a piece of paper

" There's the address now go" Maki said

" Ugh whatever, let's go you two" I said as I ran out the door with the others following me

" Come on Arthur" I said as I held my hand out and he grabbed it as me and Shinra took off to the location

" This should be easy enough right guys" I asked

" Well this isn't really a..... dog" Shinra said

" Whatever, just get him down" I said as Shinra groaned and got the mascot down from the tree

" Thank you very much, young man" The mascot said

" What were you doing up a tree" Shinra asked

" Yeah, how did you get up there" I asked

" I was at the shopping district for an event, passing out balloons, and some college kids "Hip Hip Horrayed" me" The mascot said

" Stupid college kids" I said

" Why would they do that" Shinra asked

" Huh" Shinra said

" Yeah I think so.... he is getting charged today right" I asked

" Yeah, his name is Miyamoto" The mascot said

" Yeah, that bastard killed four people for the fun of it" I said

" Yeah, the Fire Defense Agency and even the firefighters themselves were resented by the folks since the murders" The mascot explained

" And they take their built up anger out on you guys" I said as the mascot nodded

" I am so sorry, you're just doing your job" I said as the mascot shook his head no

" It's ok" The mascot said
