Prologue

The heavy door slammed shut sending a loud echo throughout the small room.
She gently rubbed her throbbing wrist, unable to see the rash forming in the darkness.
Tears filled her eyes as she screamed apologies. Because even though she had no proof, she knew that the one who did this still lingered on the other side of the solid door. "I'M SORRY" she continued to plead, "PLEASE, I'LL NEVER DO IT AGAIN! YOU CAN HAVE EVERYTHING! MY PASSWORDS, MY INFORMATION, YOU CAN TAKE IT ALL. I'LL EVEN IGNORE MY FAMILY IF I HAVE TO. JUST PLEASE.. Let me go."
The room grew silent and she could faintly hear the click of a lock.
She slowly leaned back onto the cold wall, slumping to floor, "Please.." she silently cried, "I don't want to die." the girl whispered as her words gradually drifted into a mumble.

Losing any hope she had of being freed, she closed her eyes.
