You didn't belong here

You didn't belong here. But everyone knew that. Abby knew that when she forced you in the camp. They all remembered you as the girl who tried to push them into working with the grounders. The same people who had betrayed them. They didn't see you as one of the 100 who helped the Ark come down, helped save both Jasper and Finns life when you were thought on the Ground. You weren't one of them anymore and everyone could see it.

Though, since leaving the camp, a lot had changed. Having 3 months without a war they were able to build onto the society they had left up in the sky. More importantly, hall B had turned into one for drinks and company. However, at this time, you only had one of them. Which wasn't something you had been looking to change. It wasn't as if any of Sky People would take too kindly to you. That was remembering that your own mother had tried to kill you. Again, someone you were deeply trying to avoid.

However, there were people you weren't trying to avoid. Mainly because they hadn't hurt you. If anything, you had hurt them. Which had been why you dropped your drink and made your way to the mechanic bay. Raven had been working harder in the past three months than she ever had on the Ark. With lack of mechanics, she was the only one able to do half the jobs needed to bring Arkadia back to life.

You had been hestient at first, seeing the girl you had being imaging for months. All your thoughts being whether she would forgive you or not. Whether she would finally see why you did the things you did. So, pushing back your doubts, you let yourself known to Raven as you came into view.

She held a smile as she looked up, expecting it to Sinclair or Gina. But when she saw you, her smile had never dropped quicker. "What are you doing here?" She snapped before dropping her tools.

You swallowed, pushing yourself from the new tension that had fallen over the room. "Abby said I had to come." You explained, eye contact at a minimum. Raven wouldn't question Abby's decisions, but you however, she would question you. As she believed she had every right to. You didn't deserve a place here, a warm bed and food. You were with the grounders which meant you had betrayed them, whether you were there at Mount Weather or not.

"Look, Raven, I'm sorry about what happened." You started, finally moving closer to her. Though, Raven had only move back. She didn't want to hear all of this. Not now. Not after three months.

She just scoffed, quick to stop anymore shitty excuse to come out from your mouth. "It's a little late for an apology now." She spat back at you. Then again, you didn't know what else you were expecting. Raven left hating your guts, you doubted that was going to change now.

"I know what I did was wrong and I should've tried to stop it and I did. But I didn't have another choice. I did what I had to do." You went on to explain, wishing that Raven would do what Lincoln or Octavia had done and put herself in your shoes. But they hadn't been the ones to fall victim to Trikru's vicious ways. They hadn't had their skin cut through for something that they hadn't done.
