chapter 4

Hinata's POV 

I can officially say I'm terrified of going to my aunt's place and well if anyone actually knew how she is they be gone by the second 

as I put my violin case over my shoulder and walked to class with Kageyama I was so tired I was enjoying the silence until

" do you really enjoy the violin more than volleyball?" Kageyama suddenly asked me could it be he still thinks I'll quit volleyball?

"unlike you who was born with volleyball, I only recently started playing it and well my family is a long descendent of very famous musicians and well I learned to play the violin when I was about 6 and first performed when I was 9 and to be honest I loved it, being on stage and the amazing feeling of the violin strings on my hands is the best sensation," I said with a smile

"then how come you puke your guts out before a game all the time ?" both of us turned around to see tsukishima and Yamaguchi

"well how can I say this it's completely different," I say to him

" How so ?" I look at the three of them

"well when you perform on stage you know what you're doing as you practiced till your heart's content and there is no possible way to mess up unless you play the wrong note and in volleyball no matter how much you practice you don't know the outcome of it," I say to them as we continue walking

"I guess that does make sense to some extent" said Yamaguchi as the other two just nodded in agreement

"Well this is my class see you all later," I said while waving goodbye

Time skip

As I was walking over to the gym I see someone standing by the doors and their uniform isn't from our school as I get closer to the person I see its a girl with long black hair and purple eyes honestly she looks like she just walked out of a book

As I was just about to walk past her she grabs my arm and I turn to face her this was weird and to add more to the misunderstanding my whole team just decided to show up at the moment

"You're Hinata right?" she asked

"Umm yeah, am I supposed to know you?" I ask very confusedly at this point

"No, you're not " not gonna lie she talks very elegantly I see her staring at me very intensely

"I want to ask you something as a fellow musician is that okay?" she asked me for some strange reason she seems so familiar but where?

I simply nod at her to motion for her to continue

" I used to play the piano but I recently quit due to some personal problems and I also broke up with my duet partner and now after some time I want to try playing again but I need a partner and then I discover that you go to this school and you play the violin," she said

I get the feeling that I know what she wants to ask me

" so I was thinking about asking you to please team up with me as my partner" she looked like she wouldn't take no for an answer and honestly I have no idea what my facial expression looks like right now

"Well if you don't mind pairing up with a fallen violinist then okay," I said to her with a smile

" As long as you don't mind a fallen pianist too," she said with a smile

We both looked at each other and laughed

"Oh, by the way, my name is violet Nakamura," she said while she extended her arm

I was so surprised she has the same name as my previous partner what are the chances of this happening

"Well you already know but my name is Hinata shoyo," I said as I shook her hand

"Let's make the best music ever," I said

"Of course see you later " as she walked away but not before exchanging numbers with me

Turns out she is also a returning student of my aunt so well be seeing each other after practice 

I looked around to see my teammates by the gym door they were most likely spying on me as I walked to change for practice as soon as I walked through the doors they were bombing me with questions

"Who was that?" asked Tanaka

"Her name is violet and starting today she'll be my partner oh she plays the piano by the way," I said

As they shouted on how unfair it was

I was still thinking about how she looked so familiar but where then as if suddenly I remembered who she was

What have I gotten my self into I thought

Violet Nakamura from the Nakamura clan who are well known in the music industry just like my clan the Hinata's and it so just happens our families hate each other to death

And well the only reason why she's my aunt's student is that my aunt does what she wants everyone is terrified of her she isn't the clan's head for nothing well there is nothing I can do is there I already agreed

Time skip

As we were in the middle of practice yaichi came up to me and handed me my phone

"Your mom has been calling non-stop you should answer"

I swear my heart dropped but regardless I answered the call

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING!" she yelled and everyone heard and turned to me

"Mom please calm down," I said embarrassed

"CALM DOWN MY ASS IM AT YOUR SCHOOL'S GATE AND IM WALKING OVER TO THE GYM SO YOU BETTER BE THERE!" as she hung up

the whole gym was quiet then the gym doors slammed open

Teams POV

We all heard the yelling from Hinata's phone he looked like he was about to walk to his grave

Then the doors to the gym slammed open we all stopped what we were doing even coach

Standing in the doorway was a tall woman with the bright orange hair that was really long that it almost reached the floor she wore a bright orange and black kimono

"MOM!" called out Hinata as he walked over to her

"Wow they really look alike" whispered Noya

The whole team agreed in silence and just watched the scene in front of them

Suddenly Hinata's mom hit him in the head and pulled his ear

"I'm sorry I forgot mom I swear I already practiced okay please let go," he said we could all tell he was about to die of embarrassment

"Coach is it okay if I take Hinata home, oh and we have a family event tomorrow so he won't be coming to school either but you all are welcome to come to watch if you want," she said with a smile

She turned around and she dragged Hinata with her

"Help me" was all he said

We simply just waved goodbye to him

"The shrimp certainly has an interesting family," said Tsukishima and everyone agreed
