This is if the campers drank the poisoned kool-aid.  Their souls are now confined to the camp until their bodies can make peace in the living realm.

This takes place, years after the tragedy.  The camp is basically unrecognizable.  Everything is overgrown, the messhall is filled with spiderwebs and dust, the activitys field is the most depressing.

The stage has holes in its curtains and in its floors, Nerris's tower basically got destroyed by nature and weather, Neil's lab is the most intact besides the dust, Ered's ramp fell apart and Harrison's stage is in a simaler state with Preston's.

I have two ideas on how the campers cope with their deaths.

A semi happier approach): They all comfort eachother and be that much kinder too eachother, even Max.  Their the only family they have left so they make the most of it.

An angsty approach: All of them are in total denial, some more then others but still.  They all act like it's just another of day of camp campbell.

The comedy trio going on adventures, Nerris and Harrison bickering, Nurf being a bully, Ered being cool, Preston preparing  for his next play with Dolph and Spacekid being Spacekid.

They insist that David and Gwen are just "Out on Airens" and left them alone.  They (mainly Max) would make remarks like "Man David and Gwen are idiots
for leaving us alone, we're going too rule this place!".

They are basically trapped in a never ending summer.

Different weather?  Its climate change.  Overgrown? Gwen and David are just being lazy.  They haven't seen any of the scouts in a while?  They have better things too do

But either way, quartermaster come too visit.  He acts like a weird grandpa figure in the non-angsty route.  Comforting the lost souls.

In the angsty route, he acts like regular Quartermaster and doesnt dare bring up the truth.
