They still haven't returned. I'm getting sick. Its wrong. My brothers are out there. Alive. And they risked it all. Jim has gone nuts, and Dale went up to talk to him.

Amy and Andrea came back with two chains of fish. Morales thanked him and Lori was shocked. Daryl would be proud to see them like this. They started a happy moment. Everyone laughed and poke at the fish until Dale ruined it.

They marched up to where Jim was. Shane started to talk and Morales joined in. Jim came smart mouthing them. Lori chimed in, about scaring the kids. They started to reason them. Amy brought in and then he started to yell. Jim swung the shovel but Shane brought him down. I remember I had a comrades that were like him. They were all asses.

They all went back to normal. I sat out with Carl and Sophia, with Carol and they all sat around while the two went drawing. Shane found out Jim had Sun Stroke or some shit. He talked to the women and kids, telling Carl not to be worried about Rick. Shane went to clean frogs, we all followed. I went actually back to the girls and helped them with chores. So, it was a long hot day. I knew it was going to end soon. And it did.

The group all sat around the fire that night. Daryl, Rick and them weren't back yet and everyone was worried. Shane and I were the only good fighters. We are both ex-sheriffs. Morales built up the rocks, so the flames were higher and we were warmer. They had fish, and beer and it was tasty. Everyone swapped stories, having fun. Morales asked Dale about his watch. He told them a story that made me laugh. For once I laughed again. It felt good.

I took a sip of the beer bottle, everyone laughing at Amy who said 'you are so weird. ' to Dale. A while later, she got up." Where you going?" Andrea asked." I have to pee. Jeez." Amy said and made us laugh again. Looking down at the fire, I sighed, wondering about Daryl. And Rick. T and Glenn." Really? We're out of toilet paper?" She asked. A second later, she screamed. I was about to say,'leaves are good too!' But it was never said. I stood up as Shane fired the gun and everyone scattered. I protected Carol and Sophia to Shane and then pulled my desert eagle out slowly, pulling the trigger on about three walkers. After that, I grabbed Kindness and swung her around taking the walkers out. Shots rang more, as I turned to see the searching team returned.

" Mercedes!" Daryl yelled as he shot the gun on the last walker.

" Daryl!" I yelled running over into his embrace. Blood clumped my hair and all over my face. Looking over at Andrea, I released from Daryl and walked over. Andrea sat beside the body of Amy, who just died. I bent down and touched Amys face, before shooting up and balling. I ran straight into someone much taller, felt him embrace me. As soon as his hand touched my head, I knew who it was. Rick.

Who knows. This Camp. Not so safe anymore.

I walked slowly out of the tent, my hair thrown up in a messy falling out bun and walked over with Daryl and helped with the bodies. There were the walkers, and then our camp members. The blood dried up on my face. People kept offering rags but I ignored it.

" Jims bit!" Jacqui hollered. I dropped a body and ran over. They all huddled around him. There it was, a bite on his stomach. My heart dropped when I saw it, It was horrible. They huddled around while Jim was out out if it. They started to talk about putting him down." What. No. He's still living. Breathing. He's not Amy." I said stepping in.

" He is a threat. Time bomb. We really going to?" Daryl argued.

" Shut the hell up, Daryl. If that were you I wouldn't let anyone touch you." I warned.

" Take the CDC. We can go there. His only chance." Rick came in." I heard it was working on a cure." He added.

" That's what they said." Shane said. I rolled her eyes and walked away.

They all stood up and watched the people get buried. And they all slowly walked back down.

Gathering around the fire pit, Shane talked about the CDC. The group all agreed

And now, to the CDC. They were all hoping and praying that they might have a chance.
