Keg!Max! Part Two

Jess's POV

I woke up too see Rory asleep with her head on my shoulder as quietly as I could I got up and put

 on my clothes that had been scattered around the room. The memory of what had happened

 the night before filled me with joy. Hungrily I started making coffee and pop tarts. A knock 

sounded at the door. Wondering who it could be I opened the front door. "Hi." Said a man with 

short light brown hair and a black jacket. "Hi, who are you?" I said curtly. "I'm Christopher 

Haden. Rory's dad." The strange man said. I nodded slowly. "I'll go see if Rory is awake." I left

 quickly.  "Rory wake up." I shook her side. "What." "Your Dad is here." She suddenly shot out of

 bed. "Clothes." She said putting on her shirt while I tossed her her pants. We walked out a few

 minutes later to fine Christopher sitting on the couch flipping through the channels. "Hi, Dad."

 Rory said nervously. "Hey kiddo." He said getting up to hug her. "I'm going to go." I said glancing

 at Christoper. "Okay love you bye." Rory said kissing me. "Love you too." I smiled at Rory,

 nodding submissively to Christopher.

Rory's POV 

"So that was Jess." Dad said looking down at me. "Yeah, um would mined not telling mom about

 this it's not a big deal but." Dad cut me off. "Sure. I'm sorry I came without calling but I was

 wondering if you could take care of Gigi for a couple of hours. Sherry and I have a conference to

 go too. Dad said. "Of course, I'm not really doing anything to day expect some homework." I 

respond. "Great thanks kid I'll be right back with her and her stuff." Dad said racing out to the

 car. I walked back into the kitchen to fine the coffee pot full and pop tarts in the toaster. It's like 

christmas, I thought poring a cup of rich black gold. Dad came back with Gigi at his side. " Hi 

Gigi!" I said as Dad put down a bag of stuff. "Ok i'll be back at around two. Bye." He said leaving.  

An hour later. ****** 

"Jess, help me." I said over Gigi continues screams. "What's wrong." He replied. "Dad left me 

with Gigi and she won't stop crying." I said. "Okay bring her to the dinner maybe Miss patty can

 take care of her." "Great idea, I'll be there in five minutes." I picked up Gigi and rushed out the door.

We arrived at Luke a few minutes later. "Hey." I said walking. Jess was holding a plate in his hand

 asking whose it was. Kirk took the plate and Jess walked back around the counter with me on 

his heels. Gigi cried reaching out for Jess, he looked at me in shock. "Hold her, I can refill coffees.

 " I said handing her over. "What if I drop her?" Jess asked tarrified at what had been put in his 

care. "Then my father will sue you." I said

Miss Patty and Babbet  came in during a lull finding Jess and I sitting on the floor playing with

 Gigi. "Aww, who's baby is that." Miss Patty said. "This is Gigi my half-sister." I said as both women

 started fawning over her. "So that was Christoper's car out side your house." Babbet said in her

 thick accent. Jess got up and wiped down the counters. "Miss Patty would you mined taking 

care of her for a little bit."I said. "Of course honey, she's such a sweet baby." Miss Patty said

 giving Gigi a hug. "I'll pick her up at one." I said as Miss Patty and Babbet left the dinner. I leaned

 over the counter to give Jess a kiss. " That was fun." I said.  "Yeah I guess." He said. I could see

 the lie in his eyes.

I was sitting on the couch watching Casablanca when mom tore through the door. "Hey Ror. 

Guess what, I had to lay off Frank and Marsha it's bad enough she has the name of the second

 eldest Brady but now she also has no job." Mom ran into the kitchen. "Wow this is good coffee 

even cold it's good. Did you make this?" Mom asked plopping  down next to me. "No, Jess did." I 

paused the tv. "Really, when was Jess here?" Mom asked a tinge of worry coming over her. "He

 sort of woke up here." I said. Mom starred at me in horror. "You and him" "Yes." I said. "Were you

 safe?" "Yes" "Did he push you to do it?" Mom asked. "No mom I love him, we were just at the 

party and we when came over here and it just happened." Mom nodded in response. "New topic,

 I heard your dad dropped Gigi off today?" "Yeah" I said thinking of Jess's happy gaze when Gigi

 had  smiled at him. "How did that go?" Mom asked. "Pretty good."
