Jin Ah sat in the nursery and looked around the room. She really admired hers and Jin Woo's handiwork. They decided to add Winnie the Pooh accent in one side of the wall, using the original drawings of the characters since the colours were soft. Jin Woo also bought Jin Ah a beautiful and very plush white and grey glider with a gliding footrest for the nursery and now the nursery was officially Jin Ah's favourite place in the penthouse. She would spend hours rocking in the chair and dreaming up what her son's life would be.

Her birth father also sent her The Travel System for the baby all the way from Boston. It was sitting in one corner of the room with a large box full of the rest of the amazing gift from Lisa who was also very excited.

Jin Ah was finally brave enough to call her birth father and apologized for the inconvenience because of her and Jin Woo. Her father told her not to worry about it and promised to visit them soon when the baby's born.

Jin Ah was now eight weeks away from her due date. While she had no longer experiencing a migraine, the doctor was worried about her blood pressure and her showing some early warning signs of preeclampsia.

Since the doctor had mentioned preeclampsia, Jin Woo had been hyperactively protective of her. He had secretly done research on it, and he freaked out every single time Jin Ah tried to walk up and down the stairs by herself.

Jin Woo walked into the nursery and chuckled. "You know, you can't hide forever."

"Who says I can't try?" Jin Ah retorted.

He just held his hands out to help her stand up. "Everyone is waiting downstairs."

She took his hands and let him lift her to her feet. "I hate baby showers."

"It's not like I can do anything about it. It's your mother's idea. Just humour her."

"I know."

"But hey, the cake is really pretty."

"You weren't supposed to go downstairs."

"I needed something to drink. Your mom kicked me out pretty quickly."

Jin Ah's mom, Jin Joo, and Kyung Sun had all decided that they were going to decorate and Jin Ah and Jin Woo weren't allowed to see any of it. They didn't even know who was on the guest list. The whole thing had been kept hush-hush from the parents-to-be.

"I can't wait to get our place to ourselves again."

"Me too. It's a bit crowded, isn't it? Oh, careful!"

She rolled her eyes at him. "I am fine. I can walk down the stairs without help."

"At least let me hold your hand."

Once they came down the stairs and everyone yelled, "Happy baby shower!"

They were so many people there. Jin Ah's parents, Jin Ah's siblings, Seo Kyung Sun, Secretary Seo, Director Park, Choi Yang Joo, some of Jin Ah's female co-workers, Jin Ah's aunties, and Jin Ah's cousins and their partners.

Jin Ah was shocked by the amount of guest downstairs. The place was decorated with blue streamers and balloons that said. "It's a Boy" on them. There was a massive pile of presents in the living room. The cake and food had been set up in a beautiful display on the kitchen island and a drink station with a blue punch on the kitchen counter. There were little woodland creature decorations everywhere, too.

Kyung Sun and Jong Hoon walked over to Jin Ah and Jin Woo. Kyung Sun dropped a 'Mommy-To-Be" sash over Jin Ah while Jong Hoon pinned a "Daddy-To-Be" button to Jin Woo's shirt. Jin Ah's parents were both wearing pins that said "Grandma-To-Be" and "Grandpa-To-Be". Someone had made a diaper cake and set it next to the actual cake, which was two tiers of cutesy woodland creatures running amok. There was a photo booth area with different props for the pictures.
