There was this girl skipping down the sidewalk on her way to school not worried about a single thing, as she reached school she plugged in her head phones and hid them under her hair and inside her jacket
Not wanting to hear what people wanted her to.
Once she made it to her classroom she sat down and stared out the window. You may be thinking about a 16 year old more or less but at the moment this gal is only 12 years old and this is her every day life.
"Hey Loser, No wonder your mom left you, you're a good for nothing waste of space!"
"Hah you should get out of here before it gets dirty"
And yes this is not high school those are just kids lacking attention at home.
"Excuse me but I am not looking to fight you, I just want to sit here in peace"
"Well you ain't getting that when we're around"
"Exactly, so at lunch we'll be waiting for you on the yard in front of the lunch room and get you a bit dirty, you know?"
"I already said I didn't want to fight, so could you kindly walk away"
"Like I said you ain't getting that"
As he said that the bell had rung.
"Well, it's either stay here and get told to by the Teacher and be late, or go and not be late"
"Wipe that smug off your face, we will be back so watch out"
"Yeah yeah byee~"
While they left the Teacher came in and started the lesson for today.
"Good morning Students, today we will be reviewing the material from yesterday for tomorrow's exam"
"Yes Miss.Oh"
"Good know starting of from ..."
Around here is where she starts drifting off to her own little world, where everything is how she wanted, with an amazing family, with non toxic friends that will leave her after knowing she's poor and barely being able to have a roof under her head, just her own little perfect life.
As she walked down the hallway to her next class she locked eyes with someone who smiled at her and continued walking that made her confused she's always aware if there are new students, hence there's always somebody talking about it how come she hasn't, well ...
'Wait there's a new kid how come- oh I haven't taken off my headphones that make a lot more sense'
"Hey have you heard about that new student I heard she's from Zoey's neighborhood"
"Oh I feel so bad for her having to be around her is such a drag"
"You know I hear you right"
"Oh, oh um, we we're just gonna go, um, Bye"
"Tsk idiots"
She continued her walk to her English classroom. She heard a lot of comments about the new kid like her name and a few stuff she liked, she didn't bother to even try to approach her since other people might have warned her or told her lies about her so she would stay away.
"Zoey you're late to class"
"Sorry~"
'You know maybe people hate how I sound rude, or how I'm very blunt but oh well that is their problem'
The teacher started giving out some papers which most of the people groaned at but honestly, for her, English was just so easy
'Why won't school end, I just wanna leave and go on a walk, is it just that hard'
As she left class she heard cheering and people yelling that the science teacher is absent so she made her way to the yard, in which she sat on her usual spot under the tree. She sat down and rested her body on the tree and closed her eyes since nobody would ever come by and if they did they would be talking, but since group of people don't come by they're usually very quiet.
"Hello!"
She opened her eyes very fast hence she was startle by whoever just greeted her
"Um hi?"
"The names Seo Yuna I'm new In your class"
"Oh well I'm Miyahara Zoey so could you leave, I'm trying to be in peace"
"I'm here to be your friend!"
'Did she just ignore me'
"Well I don't want to be your friend"
"Then I'll make you want to be my friend"
"Can you just go back to those people frantically looking at you wanting yo to go to them"
"Uh no, I won't, they were telling me to stay away from you, that all you brought was trouble and that you might make me be like you"
"Oh wow, they were right"
"You're lying"
"And how would you know if I am or not"
"You breathed in deeply after you said Oh wow', you got hurt by those words"
"And so what if I did they weren't wrong either way"
"If you brought trouble I'd help you out, and I know you wouldn't change me to be like you since there's only one you and one me"
"Listen here idiot, I'm not going to be your friend si don't even bother to try, just go to your friends and don't talk to me again"
"Hm, I'll agree to the second thing, fine I'll go to my friends but you will be my friend and I will be back tomorrow and talk some more, so for now Bye"
'God so annoying'
About 43 minutes later the bell rang so she made her way to the lunch room which unfortunately she had to go through trough the yard in front of the lunch where unfortunately they were waiting for her
"So yo decided to show up huh"
"No, I wanted to go to class, why would I waste my precious time on you pieces of garbage"
"Fancy words to use for a dead person"
"Dang I guess you are your fathers son"
"You did not just go there"
"You know, I think I just did"
"Take that back right now"
"Why would I, you wanted me to be dead"
"I said take it back, or else"
"Or else what you'll do this"
'And so that's the story of how I got suspended and got followed by that creep called Yuna'
"Why are you following me?"
"Oh well one, My house is that way and I want to know where you live so I can visit you In the weekends"
"No, if you're to surprise visit me, be it ANY DAY but the dang weekends got that"
"Okay fine I won't ask anymore soo I'll come by tomorrow okay, I'll stay about and hour or two so see ya"
"Yeah yeah bye"
'Oh she lives across from me...wait that means...It doesn't matter"
As the day made its end they both went to bed, just to wake up again and meet each other and have each others company.
