🌈Chapter Nine

~Ryujin's P.O.V~

I'm still in Daegu looking for a part time job. I did found one but not like the job I used to work before. I'm a cashier now in 7-Eleven. Not my dream job but it's fine. Remember, I need to survive... And getting my dream job back might take me months or even years. I'm in my night shift and just scrolling through my phone when I heard the door opened.

"Hello, how can I-"

"Hey..." -Yeonjun

'Great! It's Yeonjerk...'

"Hi Ryujin." -Yeji

'With Yeji? Really??'

"Can we pls talk to you again?" -Yeji

*Cold*"I'm busy."

"By the looks of the store, you're not." -Yeonjun

"What do you want?? For the second or... Third time???"

"Before we tell you, we want to help you first. We'll just buy something then we can talk." -Yeonjun

"Tsk."

The couple roamed around the store while I continued to scroll through my phone. They then came to me and payed for the foods they took. I didn't gave them eye contact since I'm still mad for what they did. I wish they change their minds and leave instead of continue talking to me.

"You still have the keychain huh?" -Yeji

"What's wrong? I love it."

"You still love Beomgyu even after dating me?" -Yeonjun

"Whatever."

"Ryujin, about the talk-" -Yeji

"Look, you bought something already and it helped me on my job for today. I forgive you on that so you may leave. Now."

"Thank you for forgiving us but we really wanna make it up to you." -Yeji

"Like what?? Pls just leave. Or else I'll change my mind on forgiving-"

"It's about the keychain." -Yeonjun

"What?"

"That. The keychain." -Yeonjun

"What do you know about this keychain?"

They're really weird. They came here to help me out on my current job. Then they're pointing at my keychain? What do they even know about this?? They don't fully know Beomgyu and our past so what's up with them helping me with this keychain???

"You still love Beomgyu?" -Yeji

"No."

"C'mon Ryujin, I know you still love him..." -Yeonjun

'But I really don't...'

"Fine. I still love him. Now what do you know about the keychain?"

"You said that it's been two years since you heard anything about him right?" -Yeji

"Yes, so?"

"If you want an update on him, you can visit Soobin and Taehyun's dorm. They're back here at Daegu after staying in America." -Yeji

"Ryujin, things didn't work out with you and Beomgyu, the same goes with us. But I hope you'll be happy again once you meet your first love. That's all the help we can give." -Yeonjun

"T-thanks."

"We'll go back to Seoul now. Bye Ryujin." -Yeji

They want me and Beomgyu to get back together? Why would they do that? They tried to help me by getting some news about Beomgyu from his friends? I wonder who his new girlfriend is.

"Yeji unnie wait!"

"Hmm?" -Yeji

*Sniffle*"I forgive you unnie!" *hug*

"Thank you Ryujin. I hope we can see each other again as friends." *hug* -Yeji

"Stop crying now." *pat* -Yeonjun

*Sniffle*"Yah! Yeonjerk!"

"Yeonjerk again?" -Yeonjun

"Yup. Drive safely. Between the two of us, you're almost like a reckless driver. If something bad happens to unnie, I'll hunt you down."

*Chuckle*"Don't worry, I'll keep that in mind. So, we're good now?" *shake hands* -Yeonjun

*Shake hands*"Yeah, we're good."

"Bye Ryujin." -Yeji

"Bye." -Yeonjun

"Bye you two! Safe drive back home!"
