Ideal man
"Solana, you can go home now."
I let out a huge sigh after I heard Ms Cruz. Nandito ako ngayon sa library. I never imagine working student to be this tiring. Drowsy times would always try to knock me down. Lalo na nagsisimula nang humirap ang mga pinag-aaralan namin sa klase.
Plenty of school works are really overwhelming sometimes that makes us tired physically and mentally. It's like starting from being infected then eventually will become a walking zombie. Mukang infected na ata ako. This is no joke.
Lumabas na ako ng library. Medyo kanina pa ang uwian kaya unti na lang ang students na nasa school pero maaga pa naman. Natigilan ako sa paglalakad nang nakita ko si Zyler at queency na nag-uusap.
He's playfully smirking while cornering her. May sinasabi ito kay queency pero hindi ko marinig mula sa kinatatayuan ko. After a while Zyler gripped her arm forcefully, pulling her somewhere.
"Hey... There yo—" Theo blocked my way.
Medyo tinabig ko siya at hinanap ulit yung tinitingnan ko kaya naman napatingin din siya 'don.
"Sandali susundan ko lang si queency." I panicked.
"Wait, where are you going? Come on we'll go to m—"
Nilampasan ko siya at hahabol na sana ako nang biglang may humigit sa braso ko. I harshly looked back at him.
"What?!" I gave him a confused look.
"I waited here after you since exactly afternoon then this time.. you're shouting at me?" He calmy said, making my face slowly loosen up. "Nakasunod yung kaibigan mo sa kaniya mula kanina kung iyun ang inaalala mo.. so you don't have to worry about her. Now, Can I finally borrow your time?"
Tumingin ako sa likod ko at nakita na muka pa ngang ninja si Rosie sa pagsunod sa dalawa. Napabuntong-hininga nalang ako.
"Nakalimutan kong may tagabuntot nga pala yung babaeng yun" bulong ko. Humarap ako sa kaniya. "Sorry.. hindi ko sinasadyang masigawan ka. Nagpanic lang ako.. sorry ulit."
He sigh and walked toward me. "Forgiven. I should be the one saying that to you. You must really tired today." Ngumiti siya. "Bukas nalang siguro tayo umalis para makapagpahinga ka."
"Uy hindi ah ayos lang! San ba tayo pupunta at hinintay mo ako? Nag message ako kanina sayo kaya akala ko umuwi ka na. Ano bang meron?"
"We're going to meet someone. He will design your gown and my outfit next saturday. He's a designer, a friend of chachi." He chuckled when he saw my eyes grew. "Yes, you'll be my partner in GNOS Ball in Shangri-La next saturday." Then he winked.
"Hala sigurado ka ba?! It's the most-highly anticipated event of the year then you would choose to be partner with me? Hindi ba mukang maging issue 'yun kasi hindi naman ako kilala tapos ikaw na most well known hot singer & actor ang kasama ko? I never even seen once in TV for my entire life!"
Tumawa lang siya. I frowned so he could feel that I'm seriously paranoid about it.
"You're getting hysterical, Solana." Umakbay siya kaya nagpati-anod nalang ako. "Whether you like it or not, you don't have a choice but to be with me that night. They must envy me that I have a gorgeous you."
I bit my lower lip, trying to stop myself from bursting out the colorful fireworks exploding inside me. Pumunta na nga kami sa Mall. May clothing shop daw yung designer na iyun dito sa mall at dumaan lang doon para magkaroon kami ng plan sa outfit at masukatan narin.
