Y/N pov:
Today was gonna be a normal day today with my best friend Richard. We been best friends since the 2nd grade when I moved into a new town and school.
I waited for him outside to go for a walk. Then I see him arrive and tells me to now go for a walk.
Richard & I have actually been really close since high school. (They're college students). I don't know if he have feeling for me too. I'm just so afraid of rejection and thinking we won't be friends if I say I like him more than just a friend.
Me & Richard got tired and decided to sit down to a bench at the park.
"Hey y/n can I tell you something?" Richard Asks.
"Uhh Sure why not." I said
"Um Y/N, we have been friends for while now, but then one day, my feelings started to change when I just wanna spend the rest of my life with you." He said
My heart started to beat so much when I think my thoughts are coming
"Just that (your full name) would you be the honor of being my girlfriend?" He said
My eyes were widened when I couldn't believe what he said.
"Well I'm waiting for an answer" Richard Said
I didn't say anything and just to respond to him a passionate kiss.
I kissed back and felt butterflies to my stomach
We pulled back breathing. "Well is that a yes?" He giggled
"YES. I will honored to be your girlfriend. I liked you for a while as well" I said
He smiled and he kissed me again.
This was the best day of my entire life. I'm finally dating my long time best friend.
