After the meeting, Osman bey stormed out of the castle and was followed by his best friend and alp Aybars but was stopped by an angry Gündüz bey who gave him an entire lecture about what just happened. Osman bey ignored Gündüz's words and jumped on his horse and galloped far away from the castle and the tribe, he was followed by Aybars and Salvador and his team who were planning on ambushing Osman bey. Osman and Aybars rode into a field suddenly men with swords ran out of the bushes towards the two young men, they had their swords at the ready and one by one they were dropping like flies. He heard a shout from Aybars as he looked in his direction he was surrounded but Osman was too slow because the other fighters were just coming and coming, they started to disperse revealing a lifeless, wounded body lying on the grass he ran over to Aybars to help but it was too late he had to leave his body as there was more coming for him so he hid in the forest and fought until he began to tire they had wounded him, he had fallen and rolled down the hill in to a river he was followed by his horse karayel who tried to dig in to the mud with his hooves.
Two girls were riding past and before they had got to Osman, Karayel had tried to get there attention by rearing up and neighing they heard and seen him as they rushed over to the horse they had noticed a young man in the river, so they tried to free him using Karayel's help as they got him out the young girl had cleaned the man's face with water unveiling the features he was starting to stir so she went to her best friend and her horse and started to walk away.

After Osman bey had regained consciousness he made his way to the Kulucahisar castle with his alps he wandered through the dark hallways lit by torches of fire he had to stay hidden and not get caught so he wandered into a room not knowing of the two girls there, they were alarmed by someone entering so they got their daggers at the ready but slowly lowered their guard as they realised it was a Turk from one of the nomad tribes but they recognised it was the Turk from the river he noticed the two girls standing in front of him and noticed one looked very beautiful and she had sparkling eyes.
