When the clock hit 4pm I started getting ready. I wear a black above the knee dress that Mommy gave me for Christmas last year and I put on just a light make up. I was looking at myself in the mirror when someone knocked at my door.

"Come in."

"Your date is here sweetie."

I smiled then I spin slowly.

"How do I look Daddy?"

"As beautiful as you'll ever be." Ngumiti si Daddy habang papalapit sa akin.

"Thanks Daddy." I hugged him and he hugged me back.

"I like him for you Hale. He's a good man."

I just smiled at him. Botong-boto kay Xebi eh.

"But if ever he breaks your heart, the only thing he's going to feel is a broken jaw."

"Daddy..." I chuckled. "I'm pretty sure he wouldn't do that." I smiled.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure too. I love you so much Hale. Seeing you happy makes me happy."

"I love you so much more Daddy. I'm happy too as long as you and Mommy is happy."

"I love you most." He said then kissed my forehead. "Come on, let's not make your date wait." He added.

"Oh she's here." Mommy said then stood up, tumayo na rin si Xebi then he handed me a bouquet of mixed white and red roses.

"Thank you." I smiled at him.

"You're welcome." Ginaya niya pa si Maui from Moana then winked at me.

"Beautiful..." Mommy pointed at me. "And handsome..." She then pointed at Xebi. "A perfect match." Mommy smiled then held Daddy's left hand.

"A perfect match, indeed. Parang tayo lang Nathalie." Kinindatan ni Daddy si Mommy.

"Ano ba Frank..." Mommy blushed then pinched Daddy's left arm then we all laughed.

"Mommy, Daddy? Botong-boto kayo kay Xebi ha? Baka umasa yan na sasaguutin ko siya." I smirked.

"Sasagutin mo naman talaga ako eh." Xebi smirked too then winked at me.

Mommy and Daddy chuckled.

"Overwhelming confidence, Mr. Harris." I raised my right eyebrow at him then we all laughed.

"Get going you two. Baka pagsarahan na kayo ng pupuntahan niyo."

"Bye Mommy, Daddy. I'll see you tomorrow." I said then gave both of them a kiss on their cheeks.

"Bye po Tito, Tita." Paalam naman ni Xebi then gave them a light hug.

"Take care of our Hale. Ingat sa pagdadrive Xebi." Paalala ni Daddy.

"I will Tito." Xebi answered then we head out.

Nilagay niya lang saglit yung bag ko with clothes sa backseat then he drive straight to MOA. We headed to Army Navy, we both like it lowkey and we both love their steak burrito.

I burped then we both laughed.

"I'll do you one better." He burped louder.

"Yep. I can really tell you ate a burrito." I acted like his breath stinks then we laughed again, louder. Hindi namin napansin na nakatingin na pala lahat sa amin. We both covered our mouths, trying to stop our laugh.
