when you have an episode

a/n: this can be a depressive episode, ocd, manic, ptsd, ect ect

diego: he honestly starts to panic a bit but he has to calm himself to take care of you. he probably hugs you from behind and asks if you wanna take a bath or a shower. he also makes tea or coffee or your favorite drink

allison: when you ask her to rumor you out of your episode she says no because it's not gonna help you. so what she does is gets ur meds if you have any and cuddle you while you play with her hands

klaus: he has his fair share of episodes so seeing you have them make him upset but he handles them well. he invites you into the bath with him and he cuddles you in the bath and plays with your hair, whispering sweet nothings to u

five: he honestly gets really nervous just like diego but he handles it differently than him. he sits you down and tries to calm you the best. sometimes he tells a joke or really cool stories about his missions or anything in between.

ben: he reads or writes you silly love poems and gives you a lot of hugs. he also lays in bed with you and plays with you hair, often making braids in ur hair 🥺

vanya: she, just like klaus, has been through many episodes (because of her childhood), so she understands. she plays you music and cuddles you. sometimes she takes you to the cafe after you're all calm !!
