*** Like many other nights, he held me close in his arms. And like many other nights, he left as soon as we were done. Sometimes he came in when he was stressed with work. Other times I called him in myself. He knew it was wrong, and so did I.
But he wasn't the one in love.

He looked at me with cold eyes.
