Tanjiro,zenitsu and nezuko were making there way back Tanjiro decided to stop in a inn and rest for a while he needed to treat his wounds he laid zenitsu on a futon and went to take a bath after he got out he added some healing ointment to his wounds he was tried but he couldn't sleep.
