Serendipity

Prologue

•Nari 's POV•
I look through the messages my mom sent me..already missing her. The address I plug in leads me to a mansion which wasn't around many other mansions. This confused me however I thought nothing of it anymore so I knock on the door. As I waited I glance at the surroundings around me very impressed. My eyes go straight to the person in front of me who answered the door "Who are you?" a male asked. He had jet black hair..a nice tan skin color, and gorgeous green eyes. He got me entranced instantly and I immediately shake my head "Hello! I am Jung Nari..I will be living here for the next year!" I introduce myself and I only got silence as a reply. The other moved from the door to let me in and soon I had a few maids around me taking my suitcases from me.
I just watch the scene unfold as the attractive male walks away without saying a word to me leaving me a little confused soon who I believed are the owners of the house introduced themselves and I show a gentle smile their way. My hand soon gets taken by another maid to lead me around the house as they show me around I got told what rooms to not enter which I wondered why but didn't question it since I am a guest. I let out a yawn since the flight was long and soon got led to my room to see it be huge I flop onto the bed letting sleep take over me.
•Four's POV•
I look down at the female who was outside the door of my house however let her inside remembering my parents mentioning an exchange student would be living here. This annoyed me because it's dangerous let alone I dislike women and it was known easily by everyone however I just leave the room heading downstairs to the basement while I clearly hear my parents go downstairs from their offices. My brothers who were already in the basement playing pool glance at me "So did she come yet?" the eldest brother, Hayden asked and I just nodded. The second eldest, Derek focused on the game with the third eldest, Jeremy. I was the youngest which made me the last to lead unless I showed capability etc. Which I will show. I wanted to be the leader since I was very  young unlike Hayden.
Hayden actually wanted to be a chef however my father didn't approve at all. This caused strain to be in their relationship so they just mainly don't speak to each other. This saddened my mother but didn't mention anything more on the topic. I honestly couldn't care less as long as I get my way. Jeremy went over to me and laid a hand on my shoulder "Oh yeah..you will have to show her around." he spoke and I rolled my eyes "I know. I don't neex a reminder." I retorted to him heaving a sigh clearly showing dismay on my face. Honestly I am so irritated because my parents didn't consult me in that conversation.
•A few hours later, Nari's POV•
My slumber got disturbed by a maid telling me dinner is ready. Once I made my way to the kitchen the male from earlier yet again caught my attention. I got showed to my seat as I got introduced to the other members of the family. My eyes look at the last male who soon makes eye contact with the light nagging of his parent's he introduced himself "I am Four." he told me bluntly with his low tone which caused my heart to race. Four ignored the conversations around us and so did I mainly confused. Soon I felt an arm around my waist to see it was the male named Jeremy. I laugh from his jokes while the other's roll their eyes soon I heard a slam against the table making my eyes go wide.
I look at Four who showed such a displeased expression "Can you for once be serious? Your whole existence sickens me." he got up and left after saying those words which makes me look down before glancing at Jeremery. He showed a sad smile "Don't worry about me..he doesn't mean it. He's probably jealous from my charm." the male told me before laughing afterwards I showed a sad smile as well. My hand caresses over his hair to comfort him while my mind is thinking about Four. I don't understand why he acts that way..let alone to his own family. However I don't think abot in any further. The dinner continued for a few more minutes.
•Four's POV•
I went to the boxing room to calm myself down. Jeremy always annoyed me because he nevr take things seriously not even his role in the mafia. Him flirting with evry girl he sees also pisses me off for the fac women would be around me. The only woman I will ever tolerate is my mother. I will never tolerate another female. My eyes gaze each of the boxing gloves I own and I grab the silver colored ones focusing now on the punch bag in front of me. Boxing and other things distracted me. I typically would be practicing my shooting but now I can't thanks to thing x.
