"Tsuma" simply means "my wife". You can use "Tsuma" while refering your wife without using "Watashi no" phrase(my in Japanese)

Now get the idea why Zenitsu surname is Aga-tsuma?

Not joking, the author said it herself!

You can use "Yome" too like he is doing right now!
