In truth, I am not certain
Am I the sweet girl most believe me to be?
The innocent child most people see?
Am I the confidence, the fire
That sits astride a horse?
The one who will not hesitate
To say things, without force?
Am I the distant, shy one
Those in new places first meet?
The one believed to be rude
Or filled with hateful conceit?
Am I the girl with the walls
The pain, the silent calls?
Or the steadfast friend
The old soul, who gives advice to the end?
Who am I?
In truth, I am now certain
The answer before me, unveiled like a curtain
I am all that is here written
