Teen fiction?

OK so basically in the story this is what happened there is this girl she has a twin brother and she hast to take her twin brother to school that day because his car broke down or something it's in the shop right OK well shoot they're both walking out the house and she sees that she gets a new neighbor this is relevant later OK well they're driving to school and they get hit by a car they're perfectly fine obviously with the cars so they get out the car and the girl recognizes the boy with her brothers on the football team with him her brother and the guy aren't really friends like that but he did invite him over once and the guy try to make a move on the girl but her brother's best friend who's an absolute meanie to her was like don't even waste your time on her well fast forward to her car being broke down now her brother won't give her a ride so the next-door neighbor gifts or will they go to school whatever and they end up getting partnered up and they have to do a detailed report on each other and everything and yeah let me know if any of y'all know what book I'm talking about. Also one last detail in the book in the story she's reading a court of thorns and roses and the guy that she's partnered with knows about the story because he's read it. Lol also i didn't type this out🥴
