"It's only been three days Jezzabelle, I'm pretty sure he's gonna wake up soon" Irene says handing me a water bottle from the hospital vending machine as I stared at Noah's unconscious body,

"I'm fine, how did calling all the guests and wedding stuff go?" I ask remembering that me and Noah were supposed to get married today only to have Irene and Logan along with the rest of our friends that were with us already have to cancel everyone's flights and the rest of what our wedding planner had going for us,

"Everyone telling us how sad they were for you guys  and that they were sending gifts to the hospital for the both of you" Irene says patting my shoulder as I continued to lay on the chair beside Noah's hospital bed with a frown,

"Did you eat the food Logan and Oscar brought for you earlier?" Irene asks as I ignored her question making her turn to the table behind us seeing the full bag of McDonald's still sitting in the same place they put it in when they came,

"Jezzabelle, you have to eat. I know Noah isn't doing so well right now, but you have to stay well for the day that he does get better. You have to stay well for both yourself and him. The first thing Noah should be worried about when he wakes should be how much the wedding planner and all the guests that were supposed to come for the wedding are going to be mad when we have to reschedule everything again and they have to pay all over again" She says patting my back as I nod with a grin,

"You know, I never told you much I appreciate how long you've been the greatest best friend to me" I say grabbing her hand as she smiles back while rubbing my hand,

"Well duh, the baddest bitches gotta stay true to each other for life" She replies with a wink before we laughed together,

As we both stopped laughing, I handed her a piece of paper as she looked down confused. I turned away to look at Noah with a smile hearing her gasp beside me.

"HOLY SHIT! IM GOING TO BE AN AUNT!" Irene shouts as the sound of loud footsteps rushing down the hall outside of our room was heard,

"Did he wake up?!" Logan shouts as the rest of our friends followed behind him,

"Look! I'm going to be an auntie!" Irene shouts excitedly as they all looked at her confused,

"Jezzabelle, your pregnant?" Logan asks looking at the piece of paper the doctor gave me earlier that Irene was holding in her hand now,

"I just found out this morning" I say rubbing my stomach nervously as they all started cheering,

"I'm gonna be the godmother right?" Ashley asks before Irene rolled her eyes,

"Bitch that's gonna be me" She replies before they start arguing about who's going to be the godmother,

"Excuse me! Lower your voices" A loud voice says sternly as we all turned to see a nurse standing at the doorway to the room we're in,

"Sorry" Giant says lowering his head as she rolled her eyes before walking off,

"How far along are you?" Ashley asks moving past Irene to touch my belly,

"The doctor said I'm going to be five weeks at the end of this week" I answer with a shrug as she smiles before pulling me into a hug,

"Wait, how did you get this?" Logan asks looking at the positive pregnancy test results on the paper he took from Irene.

"While you guys were sleeping in the waiting room last night, I was up all night throwing up and feeling sick. Noah's doctor found me passed out in the bathroom last night and when I woke up this morning he gave me that piece of paper and told me that the reason I blacked out was because I haven't been eating and drinking the last few days we've been here" I reply as Logan turned to the bags of McDonald's still sitting on the table beside us,

"What are you waiting for? You need to eat now that there's another mouth to feed inside you" Logan says grabbing the bag quickly as Irene and Ashley quickly pulled me back into the chair I was sitting on earlier so they could feed me,

"I wonder if it's going to be a boy or a girl" Ashley says trying to feed me pancakes as Irene tried to stuff the eggs inside my mouth at the same time,

"If you do have a girl, you know you can name her Irene right? Like I'm very sure that's a very cute and popular name" Irene says with a wink before Ashley and her started arguing all over again about what name my baby will have when it's born,

"If you two are gonna be arguing like little kids every five seconds, might as well just go fight it out downstairs in the parking lot before the nurse kicks us out of the hospital" Logan says quickly pushing them away from each other before kneeling down in front of me with the plastic plate of pancakes with his hand holding the fork out for me to eat,

"You never fed me like that before" A familiar rugged voice says as we all turned to Noah in shock seeing him rub his eye with a yawn,

"Holy shit!" Irene gasps before I rushed over to hug my now conscious fiancé,

"Oh I'm sorry" I say quickly remembering he was still patched up from surgery,

"I'm fine, I just need some water" Noah replies while rubbing his throat as I hand him the water bottle Irene gave me earlier,

"So, I'm gone for a couple days and I wake up to my best friend hand feeding my fiancé?" Noah asks raising a brow at me as I rolled my eyes before taking his hand into mine,

"Actually he was feeding your fiancé and your unborn child" I say rubbing his hand that had both the promise ring and engagement he got matching the rings he gave me,

"Wait, what?" Noah asks with a gasp before trying to sit up more on the bed before winking as I laughed at how he unintentionally hurt himself,

"Here look at this bro" Logan says handing him the piece of paper with that pregnancy results,

"Congratulations, your gonna be a dad" Logan continued while gently patting Noah's back,

"I'm gonna be a dad!" Noah gasps again before grabbing my hand to pull me into a tight hug,

"I love you both so much" Noah says pulling away to rub my belly,

"And we both love you too" I reply before moving forward to kiss him while hearing our friends awe at us.
