Kai's pov

I was awoken by loud noises coming from the hallway outside of my door. I got up and hobbled toward the door. I looked through the peephole and saw father Thomas yelling at a guy about my age with raven-black hair that was sweeping the floor garbed in an all black kimono with a black obi decorated with red roses. It seemed he was already gravely injured, due to the bruises visible on his face. He looked at my door as if he knew I was watching them. Thomas slammed him down to the ground.
"P-please get that away from me," I heard in a low, sad voice, as I saw Thomas pull something from under his priestly vestments. It was a phial of what seemed to be holy water. He uncapped it and pored it on the guys hand. I heard him whimper. As his skin started to blister. The guys eyes rolled back in his head and he stopped moving. Thomas got up and grabbed him by his hair and dragged him toward the staircase that led to the hallway I got lost in yesterday.
"Wtf did that really just happen,"I said to myself, backing away from the door slowly. I took a shower and garbed myself in a black shirt with a white upside down cross, black leather pants and steam punk boots. I heard a knock at the door. I opened the door and there was father Thomas standing there.
"umm morning father," I said while putting the black eyeliner on my left eye.
"Morning may I come in," he responded. I nodded and moved from the doorway, finished applying my makeup.
"Say, did you here anything strange coming from the hallways." he asked me.
"I just literally woke up, I haven't heard anything. Why,"I lied.

"Nothing in particular, well may the grace of god be with you." He said while standing at the door bowing.

"Have a nice day," I said nonchalantly. I closed the door quickly. I wonder who that was whom was dragged away.
