Ride home
- a one - shot story made by HermionAlena

Trevor's point of view

As I ready my equipments for biking, I also plugged in my earphones for music.

"Took a morning ride to the place where you and I were supposed to meet~"

The city isn't that busy since it's dawn. There are cars, some people exercising and some running late for work.

I want to surprise her- my bestfriend, who lives at the next village. Since it's her birthday today and she knows I'm still abroad.

I really am hesitating to do this because of the reason that maybe she is still mad at me for not letting her know that I'm leaving the Philippines.

I don't know anymore. I'm just letting my feet take me to where it leads me.

"So many questions, I've thrown to the skies. All of the answers, I've found in your eyes~"

Driving past a flower shop, I decided to stop by and buy a gift for her so that I won't come empty-handed and picked the daffodils since it's her favorite.

I have a lot of 'what ifs' but all of it were wiped away because of the smile she gave as she saw me approaching their compound.

But her smile was immediately replaced.

As soon as I got confused why, it's too late.
