After a few years of being Professor Snape in the HP franchise, Alan Rickman refused to sign anything HP related due to the fact that people were selling them on Ebay. You can find some videos where Alan says 'He doesn't do HP'. There's also some where he does sign them, but the people who are taking the video left links in their description to where you can buy his autograph.
