I was combing my hair while sitting by my mirror singing My December. "This is my December This is my time if the year This is my December-"
Just then, another voice joined in. I felt arms around my shoulders. "This is all so clear" it was my boyfriend Mike. "Hi Mikey" "Hey princess" he kissed my cheek and look at me through the mirror. I wrapped an arm around his neck and smiled. "You look handsome, Noda" I said. "You look gorgeous baby, absolutely gorgeous" I blushed at his compliment. "You're ready angel face?" He asked. "Mmhm" I grinned. "Good, let's go" Today was Mike and I's 5th anniversary so he's gonna take me out to the boardwalk, I can't wait.
AT THE BOARDWALK:
We arrived at the boardwalk and Mike opened the car door for me. "My, my Mr Shinoda! Aren't you a gentlemen?" I giggled. "Only for the best Ms Ashlyn" Mike teased. He closed the car door and grabbed my hand as we walked passed the rides.
"Which one do you wanna go on first, baby girl?" Mike asked. "Mmm, the roller coaster?" "Sure, let's go"
AFTER THE ROLLER COASTER RIDE:
"That was awesome!!" I yelled jumping up and down excitedly. "That was fucking horrifying!! But awesome" Mike said. I laughed at his cuteness and looked around for another ride to go on. "Let's go on this spinny seashells!!" I grabbed Mike's hand.
AFTER THE SEASHELL SPIN:
"That was fucking fantastic!!" Mike yelled. "Hell yes!!" I agreed. "Which one do you wanna go on next?" "Mmm, how about we get something to eat first?" "Sounds like a plan!" We then walked to the corn dog stall.
AFTER EATING:
"How about we play some games then go back on the rides?" I asked. "I couldn't agree more, besides, I think I ate too much cotton candy" Mike held his tummy and groaned. "Serves you right for eating too much" I giggled. Mike gave me a playful glare and we walked to the water shoot stall.
"I'll win you a stuffed penguin" said Mike. "Really?" "Really, come on" "Hello young man!" Said the guy behind the desk. "Hi there, I'd like to win that stuffed penguin" Mike pointed. "Wonderful, that'll be 5 bucks" I was about to take out the money until Mike stopped me. "I'm paying, today I wanna treat you more" I smiled and shrugged. Mike handed the guy the money and the guy have him a water gun. "Good luck!" The man yelled as he pressed the button. Mike began shooting every fish that appeared. "You got this, Mikey!!" I cheered on for him, Mike shot me a wink and continued.
"Winner!!" The man yelled. Mike and I screamed and we hugged each other, he lifted me off the ground than placed me back down. The man handed Mike the penguin. "Have a great day!" Said the man. Mike handed me the penguin and I kissed his cheek. We waved bye to the man.
"Thank you, Mikey!" I kissed his nose. "My pleasure bubs. Wanna go on the ferris wheel? We still have some time before I take you to the other surprise" "Sounds good"
We walked to the ferris wheel and gave our tickets than took our seats.
DURING THE FERRIS WHEEL RIDE:
"The view is so beautiful" I said. "Yeah but not as beautiful as you" Mike grinned. I laughed and hit Mike's chest playfully. "You're cheesy but I love it" "And I love you"
With that, we shared a kiss.
AFTER THE BOARDWALK: AT THE BEACH:
"Mikey!! Where are you taking me??" I asked him as he covered my eyes and guided me through wherever we were. "Just one more step and..." He uncovered my eyes and I saw that we were at the beach. "Oh my! This so beautiful! Thank you baby! Thank you!" I kissed Mike's face as he giggled. "Thought maybe we could go for a walk since you love beach walks" he said. "I'd love that" I smiled.
AFTER THE WALK:
Mike and I were now sitting in the backseats. "Thank you so much for today, bub. I had fun" I laid on his chest as he massaged my head. "Your welcome love, I wanted to make something extra special" "And you did" I smiled.
We stared into each other's eyes and started leaning in. I found his lips on mine, he tasted so good. Our tongues moved in sync as Mike hovered over me. He started kissing my neck.
"I love you, baby girl" "I love you too, bubba"
