Scott and Jacob stopped a couple of feet away from their house. I climbed off while Jacob went to change, Scott shifted back and he grabbed my hand and squeezed it. The only thing missing was his shirt. Jacob stood by my other side and we walked like that, I could tell Jacob was uncomfortable, so I hooked my arm with his and gave him a reassuring smile.

"What do you want?" Sam glared right at me

Scott let go of my hand and blocked Sam's view of me, glaring and growling at him. Jacob intervened, standing between the both of them as everyone else came out, including the imprints.

"What's going on Sam?" Emily asked him, putting her hand on his arm

"Nothing. Imprints inside." Sam used his Alpha voice

"She's not going to hurt them, Sam. She wouldn't, and neither would Scott." Jacob said, looking at him, his back straight, using his own Alpha voice

"She?? - Artemis!!" Rebecca squealed, jumping off the porch, away from Embry and past Scott, jumping on me and knocking the both of us to the floor

"Nice one!" Scott laughed at us,

"I'm going to get you for this," I glared at Scott playfully, while Rebecca squeezed the life out of me

"Oh? I would like to see you try," he smirked, a look of amusement on his face and a hint of lust in his eyes as we looked at each other,

"Rebecca, off! It's my turn!" Rachel shouted, running over to us,

Scott helped the both of us up, Embry growled lowly at Scott - who didn't care - and the three of us had a big group hug.

"You don't look bad for someone who's dead," Rachel smirked at me,

"A gift. I only came to help Scott keep a cool head, or knock sense into him if he needs me too," I told her, backing away from them a little, they both frowned at that,

Paul wouldn't look at me, his gaze was always on Rachel. I should have guessed as much, I looked at Scott who was looking right at me. I sighed and shook my head at him, knowing what he was asking. He frowned at me, and I gave him an annoyed look. He scowled at me, before sighing. Admitting defeat, I stood up tall and smirked at him. He just rolled his eyes,

"Back to business. I know you can tell I'm an lone Alpha. I'm only going to be in the area until the Volturi are taken care of and Renesmee is safe and sound. If that's not okay, then I will leave, but Artemis is staying." Scott stood tall, looking Sam straight in the eyes

"We tested it out, it still hurts but not as much," I told the imprints when I noticed their questioning gaze,

"I think it hurts me more than it hurts you," Scott smirked at me, looking away from Sam

"As long as you stay off-" Sam started, but got cut off by Emily elbowing him in the side, giving him a dirty look, he flinched at that

"Don't worry. I plan on staying away from your land as long as we're here. I don't want-" Scott started, it was my turn to elbow him in the side; except I actually gave him a bruise and made him grunt

"Be nice, we'll be long gone as soon as the Volturi leave. That's the only reason I'm here," I looked at Sam,

"Stay for dinner. You can still eat human food, can't you?" Emily rose an eyebrow at me,

I nodded, changing into my human look. The pack's shoulders dropped and they relaxed when I did that. Sam grunted and went inside, letting us come in. Rachel and Rebecca pulled me away from Scott, who stuck with Jacob; but I could still feel his eyes on me.
