Now here are some rules, that you need to follow, in order to apply for this awards:

Rules for Participants:

↦ PERMANENTLY Follow TMS & AngeBlancRose| Should be done from participating account. If you're already following, please unfollow and then follow so we can get the notification.

↦ Add this book to your Reading List & Library| To stay updated with the latest announcements.

↦ Shout-Out on message board| Should be done with a link to this book (in announcement form) & tag @TheMiraculousSociety there as well.

↦ Language| All entries should be in English. Some words in any other language (s) are allowed with translations alongside.

↦ Miraculous Ladybug Fan-Fics ONLY| Cross-overs are allowed but must contain either the story of Miraculous &/or the characters.
Password is your favourite Miraculous Superhero.

↦ 3 Entries are allowed per participant but not in the same genre.

↦ For SMA 2020 Winners| The books that won in the last awards [except SMA 2020 People's Choice Awards winners] are not eligible to enter this year, but you may submit other fan-fics of yours even if you were a winner last year. Books that were entered in the previous instalment, but didn't win, are allowed to enter again.

↦ Number of Chapters| The book you are entering must have a minimum of 5000 words published excluding Author Note(s), Character Intros/Aesthetics Chapters, etc. (Prologue & Epilogue are counted)
One-Shots: less than 2000 words (should be 1 single chapter only)
Short Story: 2000-5000 words (can be in single/multiple chapters)

↦ LGBTQ+ Books & Mature Books are Allowed.

↦ Username/Book Title Changes| Inform AngeBlancRose by tagging her account in the comments of the chapter where your book name is enlisted.
You are not allowed to make any changes to your entry after Judging Round starts. [You can update your book with new chapters.]

↦ Bribing is PROHIBITED| If caught, both the judge & the participant involved will be disqualified.

↦ Follow your Judges| This is to appreciate their hard work & time they spend reading & judging your book(s). [Can be from 2nd account.]

↦ Queries regarding anything should be asked in the Queries chapter ONLY.

↦ SMA 2020 Judges| You are allowed to participate/judge in this year's awards as well.

↦ Reading Limit| ONLY the first 5000 words for books need to be read and judged. This is to ensure uniform judging of all books. You will be notified of how many chapters need to be read, to avoid confusion. One-Shots & Short Story entries need to be read fully.

↦ Accepting Bribes is PROHIBITED| If caught, both the judge & the participant involved will be disqualified.

↦ BE ACTIVE, especially during Judging Week.

↦ Username Changes| Inform AngeBlancRose by tagging her account in the comments of the chapter where your name is enlisted.

↦ Participants| You can enter your book(s) and also be a judge but not in the same genre(s).

↦ Reactions| You can vote on the book you're judging but you're not allowed to make any comments/add reactions until Judging Round ends.

Judging criteria:

The judging of the books will be held in 2 rounds.

▶ Première
This round consists of the judges who are going to participate. They are going to give the books (allotted to them for judging) marks based on criteria that will be uploaded later. According to these judgements, the books will be ranked.

▶ Finale
The top 5 books from the previous round will be judged by judges who'll only be revealed after the results and the participants are bound to follow their respective head judges.
To apply for being a head judge you have to be a member of our Society, which you can do so by checking out the Official Book Of TMS.
