As a Christian or someone who is trying to find God you might ask God for signs. You may ask other Christians if they've received signs or gifts from God. I, myself have done this too. Many nights I would lay in my bed asking God to show me a sign that I'm doing the right thing or ask something like, "If you're there, if you're real, show me a sign." I'm still not perfect. And sometimes I still think things like this. However, I now realize that my favorite sign that God has ever given me is my life. If he didn't have a plan for me, if I were truly useless to him, why would I still be here? Why would I continue waking up every morning if God Didn't have a plan for me? I once heard a saying somewhere that went like this: "Even though the water is murky, and there's pebbles and rocks and mud in front of you, blocking your way, water can always find its way through and come out clean on the other side." My life is a sign in itself. And for that alone I should be thanking God everyday. God sent his only son to die on the cross for Me. For my family. For EVERYONE. So the least I could do is trust in his word and put my faith in him.
