sophimehl Unfortunately many people have learnt things about my life that I wasn't ever prepared to discuss so publicly in the past 2 weeks. I am certainly not credible enough to teach or guide anyone in how to navigate the loss of a baby. But, what I will say is simple; having a miscarriage does not determine your worth. I know how it can leave you feeling a failure when in reality, that's not the case. I would have loved to had the opportunity to speak about this in my own time but life doesn't always work out that way. Please talk about your struggles, specifically the pain of experiencing a miscarriage. Friends will listen. Family will listen. And so will countless organisations. The Miscarriage Association helped me through a painful time of life. They will help you too. You simply need to ring, email, or even read their incredible website to gain insight in how to move on after losing a baby.
Lastly, as someone I love says, treat people with kindness. Always x
