Here's the secret:
During the first game, before Mangle and the Toys were created, Foxy and Windy were fond of each other. Eventually, Windy had Echo and Spark, but didn't tell anyone, and hid them in a closet and secretly took care of them until they were 5. Then, she let them out, claiming that they were abandoned at the pizzeria.
Then, Foxy lost interest in Windy. The Toys were created when that happened. Foxy fell for Mangle, leaving Windy to take care of Echo and Spark. It was still a secret.
Windy lost interest in Foxy after he left. She continued caring for Echo and Spark until Raccu was made.
Windy fell fond of Raccu, and he did the same (Im guessing...) She still hadn't told anyone about Echo and Spark. They had two children, Rasha and Frostbite.
Later on, Foxy had a family with Mangle.
Foxy still didn't know he had two other children with Windy.
So, Now, Windy actually has Four children. Two with Foxy, and Two with Raccu.
(I tried to get Rashas and Frostbites design right...)
