Jisung has been sitting all day long in his desk. His laptop has been opened since who knows when. His dark circles is getting more visible since the day his boss decided to give all of his workers new projects to discuss and will be done with WFH program or more familiar with work from home. His projects is pilling up because his boss is so sure that Jisung could be able to done a lot more. So, instead of getting more rest time, he is getting more stress. Even he can't manage to eat his food that was being to his room by his wife. His food has gone bad twice because of being overnight in his room.

Without him knowing, he has been neglecting his wife and kids who have missed his presence a lot. The kids want their father to play with them again but they can barely see his father wall out of his room. His wife has given up on trying to pull her husband put to at least get a fresh air. Everytime she tried to, it will only end up in arguement which hurt both sides.  She doesn't want anything bad happens, so she decided to let Jisung take care of his own thing by himself. Her only duty is to bring him food to his work place.

Arguement~

Y/n:*desperate* At least eat something Jisung.
Jisung:*eyes glued to the screen* I can't. I'm busy. Put it there and I'll eat it when I can.
Y/n:*starting to get angry* You have been saying that for past few days and what do you do?! You don't even touch it!
Jisung:*starting to get angry**eyes still glued to the screen* It's not my fault that I am working for out family!
Y/n:*angry* Stop with your work for one hour won't hurt anyone! Your children have been missing your presence!
Jisung:*angry**turn to y/n* I can't! Can't you understand that?! I can't! Tell them that I'll go out somehow. You just need to put food in here, not complaining! Just leave me here to finish my work!

Y/n who is on the brim of tears because her husband's words, she just slam the tray down resulting in knocking the forks out, run out leaving Jisung behind who is too tired to proceed anything that have happened. He just growl before picking the fork up and putting it back before going back to his work back not bother to touch his food. And, once again, his food has gone cold. Starting from that day, y/n only come to his workplace to give him his food or to throw out his food that has gone bad.

Present~

Charlotte: Mommy, when will daddy come out?
Y/n: I don't know baby, but daddy will soon come out, okay baby?
Celine: Is daddy working now mommy?
Y/n: Daddy is working now baby. That why daddy is still inside his work room. 
Charlotte:*whining* But I miss daddy!
Celine:*whining* Me too!

Y/n's heart broke to know that her daughters have been missing their father. They hope that the more time their father spend at home, the more them they will be able to play with their father. But sadly, the father himself shattered all their wish.

Y/n: I know baby. But mommy promise that daddy will come out and play with you soon okay? Should mommy call uncle Felix and tell him to bring Chan and Minho over?
Charlotte: Can he?
Celine:*excited* I want! I want to play with Chan oppa and Minho oppa!
Y/n: I'll give uncle Felix a call now okay baby? Can you be good girl while mummy call uncle Felix?
Charlotte:*excited* I will!
Celine:*excited* Promise!

Finally! The day comes! The day where Jisung's projects is all done. Jisung can finally let out a deep breath out of relieve. He hasn't realize what he has done to his family 'till this day.

Jisung p.o.v

I stretch my body and let out a huff out of relieve. I have just sent my latest project to my boss and thankfully, he doesn't give me any project again. I sighed before getting up wanting to take a shower. I smell my body slightly and it smells so bad. I hurried to the shower passing by my wife and my daughters who is attending their online school.

After taking a very long relaxing bath, I go to the kitchen to find something to eat. My wife spotted me and went to the kitchen together with me while my daughters are still on their online school. I saw Charlotte spotted me coming out, but why didn't she greet me? I shrugged and just thought it was because she is focusing in her school works.

Jisung: Hey babe.
Y/n: You finally decided to come out, huh?
Jisung: Yeah, I have done all of the projects and my boss promise me to give me some rest.
Y/n:*sigh* I never want to say this.
Jisung:*confused* What is it baby?
Y/n:*face Jisung* The kids are tired waiting for you. They want to play with you but you are stuck in there not even bothering to kiss them goodnight or greet them. It's worsen. When it was the normal day, you will at least greet them with a kiss in the morning and night.

I felt like something hard was hit to his head. That's also why neither Charlotte nor Celine great me just now. It's all because of my own mistakes. The argument I have with y/n some days ago also struck me. I look at y/n with regret in my eyes. I pull her to a hug, startling y/n in the process.

Jisung: I'm sorry. *trying not to cry* I'm sorry. I never meant to abandoned you. I never want to. *sobbing* I'm sorry.

Y/n stand still for awhile before letting out a sigh and hug Jisung back. She let Jisung cry to her shoulder while muttering the word 'I'm sorry' multiple times. She does felt sorry toward her husband but sometimes, he needs to know what he did wrong in order for him to change. After a moment, Jisung and finally calm down. Jisung still has some tears on his face. Y/n gently brought her hands up and wipe them gently.

Jisung:*sniffle* You can hit me if you want y/n. I know that I'm wrong. I'm n-not supposed to ne-neglect you. I'm sorry.
Y/n: I'm fine. I know you don't mean it. But it's different with our kids. They are too little to understand that you are there because you are working. They thought that you hate them.
Jisung:*shake his head violently* No! Never! I can't hate them! I will never!
Y/n:*smile* I know. But they don't. They need a love from their father. Their online school is going to end one hour later. Play with them, tell them that you are sorry and you loved them dearly. That way they can know that you still love them. Okay dear?
Jisung:*wipe his tears* I will. I will do anything to reconcile with them.
Y/n:*smile* That's the man I fall in love with.

The day was spent with some tears here and there. But instead of sad scene, some happy scene was created. The reconcile between daughters and father. The reconcile between the husband and wife. They spent their day happily. The kids wear a smile to their bed. They even denied to go to bed wanting to play with their dad who they have missed dearly. However their body is not going the same as way as how they want to, their body is too tired to continue playing. They slowly fell asleep in the arms of the man who they missed dearly.

Jisung: I have put the kids to bed, babe.
Y/n: Thank you. You did a good job today.
Jisung:*regretful**snuggle* Babe, I'm really sorry for all the things that I did in the past few weeks.
Y/n: I know baby. I hope you will remember this and won't repeat it baby.
Jisung: I won't. I promise you that. I'll try hard to be a good father and husband to my dear family. You can count on me.
Y/n:*chuckle* I will. I always will.
