All of the views you see in this story are hard-earned and naturally occurring. All of the votes are just medals worn on my chest when I realize that none of them have been forced.
In my opinion, advertising is the worst way of getting views and votes. Those types of votes and views are just cold, unmeaningful acts of kindness by other people that the advertiser forced to look at the book. They don't represent any kind of thing, and people should never brag about them.
