Betty pov:

I wake up early the next morning to the smell of blood. I quickly ran to Veronica's room, knowing that she still had to practice her control. I walk into her room and see her on her bed, veins forming under her eyes. She looked at me and I shook my head, "You can do this V" I said and she started to calm down, the veins disappearing. She looks me smile as I smile back.

"And were here" I heard Hermione say as we pulled into Riverdale High. I sigh as V jumps up and down, she always loved going to high school, and I always dreaded it. School has changed over the 500 years I've lived, more drama, more education, anything you can think of.

I get pulled out of my tans as V hits my shoulder, "C'mon lets go" She said dragging me out of the car. Hermione hands us our blood, in mental water bottles, of course, and we head on into the darkness of high school.

I walk inside and I can immediately hear everyone go silent. I sigh as V drags me to our first class. I scan the room and see that the only seats that are next to each other are next to a red headed boy. I smile as me and V make our way towards him. "Hey are these seats taken" I ask nicely. "Nope" He says popping the p, but he didn't look to happy with his answer. I just smiled at him as me and V sit down.

We walk over to our third period when I get stopped by Chuck. I sigh and tell V to go inside the classroom and save me a seat. As soon as she leaves Chuck starts talking, "Hey Betty I was just wondering if you wanted to go out sometime" He said, smiling. "I'm sorry Chuck but I'm not interested" I say, turning around to get back to to class. "I don't think you heard me correctly" He said, grabbing my shoulder, turning me around harshly. "No I think I did" I say and forcefully push his hand off of me.

He looked at me in shock as I smiled innocently, making my way back into the classroom. I look over at V as she winks at me. I chuckle silently and go to sit down next to her.

Chuck comes in 10 minutes later with a bandage around his hand. I look at Veronica and chuckle, she smirks back at me and pretend like nothing happened. Chuck got seated next to me so obviously he commented on my weird behavior.

"How the hell are you so strong" He said, rubbing his now bandaged wrist. "Practice" I said sternly, not taking my eyes off the board. He continued to look at me, with a confused face, but I never looked back. I could hear girls in the back of the class talking about how Chuck got hurt, but none of them guessed right.

I walk into my house to be greeted by Jughead and Fp, sitting in my living room. "Hey guys" I say putting my backpack down. "Hey" Jughead says and smiles, I blush a little and walk towards them, sitting on the couch. "What's up" I said looking at Fp. "Nothing really we just wanted to talk" He said motioning to Hermione, who was making food in the kitchen. V must have heard they were here and came down stairs, sitting on my lap. I chuckled and moved over so she could sit next to me.

Hermione walked into the room and sat down on the chair next to me and V. "So one of our guys from the serpents told us that something attacked him the other night, we just want to make sure you guys are careful" Fp stated, looking at all of us. I whispered a quick "Fuck" Just loud enough for both V and Hermione to hear.

Hermione flings her head towards me and V and looks panicked. I look at Fp and secretly nod and his face tenses up. "Mind if we stay a while, maybe get to know each other a bit" Fp says a moment later, I nodded my head, confused.

"Jug boy will you grab some board games from the house please" Fp said, already pushing his son out the door. Jughead confusingly nodded and headed to his house.

As soon as he leaves Fp immediately starts talking, "Okay you can eat as much people as you want by don't eat my guys" He said looking at all of us. "I don't drink pure human blood but girls, control yourselves" Hermione said to me and V. "We're sorry we didn't know he was one of yours" I said to Fp, locking eye contact. "They have snakes on their jackets, remember that" he said just as Jughead walks into the door.

Jughead pov:

I walk inside the house with board games and see my dad and the girls chatting. I smile at them and set the board games down. "Lets get this party started" Fp says and we start playing.

" I DON'T OWE YOU SHIT" Betty yelled at me from across the table, "YOU LANDED ON MY PROPERTY" I yell back. We continue fighting while Hermione, V, and my dad are laughing at us.

I smile at Betty innocently after Hermione practically forced her to give me her monopoly money, she flips me off and rolls her eyes. I laugh at her as we continue playing.

"YOU CHEATER" Betty tells at Veronica, standing up. "I DIDN'T CHEAT" Veronica yelled back, meeting Betty's height. They kept fighting back and forth while everyone laughed at them. I can already tell that Betty is very competitive and it's low key turning me on. I felt something I've never felt before and it felt like my skin was ripping apart, all I wanted to do was throw Betty on a bad and rAiL her. (I hate myself for this omg ew)

My dad, V, and Hermione went to go get pops while me and Betty stayed home, alone. Every muscle in my body was fighting so hard to just go up to her and do naughty (BRUH EW) things to her. I don't know what was happening and I wasn't sure if I liked it or not.

Me and Betty were sitting on the couch laughing and I unconsciously moved closer to her. She looked me up and down and finally looked into my eyes, her eyes flicker down to my lips and my eyes do the same. I lean in and all of a sudden I hear the front door open. I see Betty quickly shift to the other end of the couch, a little too quickly, weird. She looks at me and shakes her head and mouths a "I'm sorry" I look at her and nod.

They all walk in and I see them stare at us, all of a sudden V starts laughing, "Jughead you look like a strawberry" She says and everyone shoots their heads towards me, I feel embarrassed and hang my head low. I feel Betty's stare on me and I slightly smile.

"I'll go get the knives" Betty said and headed towards the kitchen. She came back and handed one to each of us. I gladly took it from her but in the process I accidentally cut my finger in the process. "Fuck" I say, watching the blood gush from my finger.

I look over to my dad as he looks like he is panicking, I follow his gaze and see Betty and Veronica with veins forming under their eyes, they quickly notice and turn around. "You guys okay" I said, blood still gushing out. "They hate blood" Hermione says motioning for them to go upstairs, I watch them leave and as soon as the kit the stairs they were gone in a flash, weird.

"I think we best be going, tell the girls thank you" My dad says in a rush. Hermione rapidly nods and me and my dad exit the house. "What was that all about" I ask. "Don't worry about it boy" He says and ignores any further questions I asked.

What do they know that I don't.
