Tips I V: Finding Images

5 1 1

When it comes to the selection process of my images I likd picking from a variety of sources. Google, pinterest, Instagram and CC (Creative Commons.) Personally I prefer picking from Pinterest because they offer a great variety of images, and most of their images have a high resolution. Pinterest has an algorithm, as does Instagram, so I've spent years fine tuning it to things I like. I'm Ghanaian, so I like Melanin on my timeline and because the default is white (no offence to anyone) I spent a couple of minutes a day just liking a lot of brown skin girls.

Anyways so at this point if you're on Pinterest look up key words, but for Instagram you have to have a specific artist in mind. For Instagram I follow a page called @blackerthings they put me on a lot of beautiful men and women that look like me and they also give daily mantras and motivation. It's worth looking at, but today I'm going to show you with Ryan Destiny. If you go on the page, you can screenshot and crop the image and get it in a great quality.
