[This is the method that I will be using most, along with a few others I will talk about later]

1: Lay in starfish position, no limbs touching.

2: SLOWLY count to 100. In between each number, repeat an affirmation, such as (I am shifting)/(I am in my Desired Reality)

3: (Helpful but not required) Find a good subliminal that works for you

3: While counting, try to visual your desired reality(Not required)

4: When finished counting, repeat more affirmations, and then finally start to visual your desired reality/waiting room

5: Drift off to sleep, still in starfish position on back. Visual while you go to sleep. The moment between consioussness and unconsiousness is when your imagination is most vivid and creative.

6: Drift off to sleep while thinking about the place youdesire to be at, and repeat affiramtions to yourself in your head.

7: If you scripted it, when you wake up, something will be different. It could be that you smell cookies, hear music, and are in a different bedroom. I recommend scripting this so you will know if you are there

THERE IS A LOW CHANCE YOU WILL SHIFT RIGHT AWAY! It is possible, but do not get discouraged if it does not happen. Like learning to controll any other thing, it takes practice! DO NOT OBSESS OVER RESULTS EITHER. This will slow down the process of shifting!

(Note: Do this method when half asleep so you do not get distracted, but also while conscious so you do not fall asleep right away)
