A Fine Line

You know what's hard? When it wasn't wrong or unhealthy. When despite the intense need for reason there isn't one. See my biggest fault is my loyalty, and yet it's exactly what we all look for in others. This idea that our friends, families, and lovers should choose us, choose us even if we are wrong, mean, or broken. See its completely healthy to offer unconditional loyalty when the other person is right, but the minute they stray you're the unhealthy one who continues to stay loyal, but news flash true, unadulterated loyalty is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. That means no matter how fractured, selfish, distant, or unresponsive that person becomes you are still loyal. So if being loyal to someone in hard times is unhealthy than loyalty to anyone but yourself is unhealthy because standing by someone when they stand by you isn't loyalty it's a business transaction.
