first day

Lisa please, please don't I begged and cried to her
Am sorry Ray , I just can't it's all too much please I love you
Lisaaaaa noooo " I woke up after having the same nightmare since It happened , I was soaked in sweat and my breath wasn't helping either " I went to the bathroom and washed my face , brushed my teeth and headed downstairs where I saw dad making pancakes
" Ummm smells nice thumbs up dad " I said as I walked into the kitchen
" Oh hey peanut , how was your night " dad asked still mixing the pancake batter
" It was fine , yours " I answered without looking into his eyes cause I didn't really sleep but then am already use to it
" Fine too , umm Railah I want to tell you something but why don't you get ready first then we could talk over breakfast " he said almost nervous if am not wrong
" Okay I'll be right back " I turned to go to my room and get ready for the so called serious conversation , I took my bath and came out with a towel that reaches my knee with a shower cap on cause I don't always like my hair getting wet , I creamed myself and put on my white long sleeve top with a red jumpsuit

And I parked my hair in a beautiful pony tail which by the way am proud of , I put on some powder and pink lip balm before mom buries me
"And am done " I say finnaly satisfied with my look
" Wow dad you outdid yourself today , bravo " I say while clapping for him , the pancakes were shaped in like a giant tower with honey and a cherry on top right in the middle of the dinning with three plates setting i guess mom is coming today I said to myself and the perfect timing she just came into the kitchen
" Hey mom welcome how was work today" I asked organizing myself , I don't know she just has a way of making happy me into strict , bored and not so childish anymore
  " Hey dear , how was your day and how was packing also hope your ready to leave " mom said while removing her coat and hanging it on the hanger
  " What, packing to where " I asked both of them looking lost
  " Umm peanut that's what I wanted to talk to you about" dad said shooting mom dirty death glares and also the why did you have to say it look that was almost impossible to not notice
  " Oops sorry" mom said to dad apologetically
   " Again what are you two talking about " I almost shouted at both of them , don't get me wrong am not a curious person but I hate being left out
  " Peanut your mom and I think you should leave town and go somewhere else to start over , after all that has happened we think that is the best thing for you " dad finally pause giving me some time to digest and absorb what their trying to say , but they don't know that I have been thinking about leaving town too but I knew it was gonna be hard cause this is where I literally grew up and met Lisa and all but then this is where she also died or as I don't like to say it killed herself , just the thought sends shivers to my body
  " Okay where am I going " I asked them because I wanted to get this discussion over with
  " Who's going where " mom asked so confused , well I normally sleep over my decisions but well I have grown up
" Moving out .........." I said trying to make them remember what this is all about
   " Ohhhh to Dubai "  dad said  , yayyyy I have always wanted to go there , I mentally celebrated
   " Dear are you sure about this cause nobody is forcing you to leave " mom said with tears starting to fill my eyes
  " Yh peanut no one's forcing you" dad reassured me but my mind has already been made up
  " Yh I am and besides we'll be talking to each other every day and dad can always track me through all the devices you put on my jewelries and phone " I halted after saying the big bang secret , their faces were priceless
  " Ummm " dad said in a childish and boyish tune
  " Common dad am not that ignorant " I said to dad in a duh tone
  " Wellllllll....... You kinda are peanut" dad said prolonging the well more than necessary
" No am not " I debated him and defended myself
" Okay that's enough you two , Railey go and start packing cause you are leaving tomorrow morning " mom interrupted before dad and I start our fight or debate that is not finishing anytime soon
  " Okay byeee mom and dad " I said grabbing three slices of pancakes with honey and cherry on a plate cause I was really hungry and well breakfast was a little more talking no eating deal today
     I finished packing around 8 pm and went downstairs to eat dinner after that I read a book and when it was finally 9 pm , I decided to go to sleep which i never do actually sleep
  And tomorrow is suppose to be a new start but Will it ? I asked myself and the last thing I thought of was how tomorrow was going to play out
