Ever since the beginning, it was always Leeteuk who had never accepted my presence. Who had never fully acknowledged my part in the group.
So when I got a "special invitation" to guest at his Sukira broadcast, I was shocked and moved to tears.
It was the first time he had ever openly shown me kindness.
Before I left, my cheeks were stained with tears from my crying session. The others comforted me, reminded me that I was always their hyung. It helped a little. But I knew I would never believe them until I received the leader's approval.
So I went to the broadcast. For the first time, I felt like I belonged. We didn't just joke around; we had some very personal conversations, whether they were on air or not. By the time the broadcast was over, we were all running towards the van, singing "U" along with Leeteuk and Shindong. Everything was going really well for us four, and I finally felt like I was making amends with hyung.
Until the moment when I was suddenly thrown to the asphalt highway, and everything went black.
