first day of school

today is the first day of senior year. your bestfriend mikisa is literally a goddess but she doesn't believe you. she's perfect compared to you but we won't get into that insecurity just yet. you and your bestfriend have been friends since childhood, she would constantly tease you for having a crush on the same boy since you guys were kids. He moved away 8th grade year, his mom and your mom were bestfriends so you were able to see him almost everyday. you both didn't really talk at school, sometimes it was a simple hello if you were lucky but that was it. You've always had a crush on him even if he sometimes forgot your name. He never paid attention to you but loved the attention you'd give him but you didn't care if he was a complete asshole to you. you liked being able to talk to him even if you kept getting hurt by him. He moved away to the UK, he left without a good bye but then again he didn't like you. you live with your single mom and your little sister.

~your alarm went off~
"why does school have to exist" you groaned into your pillow
"y/n breakfast is ready" your mom yelled from downstairs
"I'm on my way" you yelled, still in bed
today was the first day so your mom wanted you to dress nice. you wore:

"awe you look so cute, let me take a picture" your mom said grabbing her phone
"mom" you groaned "this is not a me kind of outfit, this is more of azuna's(your little sister) aesthetic"
"whatever hurry up and eat your breakfast before the bus gets here" she said as she handed you your plate
-at school-
"Y/NN!!" you heard someone shout. you turn around and scream as well
"MIKISA" you said running up to a gorgeous girl wearing:

"I see she actually told you to wear it" mikisa said to you as she was checking you out
"stop it, I know it was you" you said rolling your eyes playfully
"you know you love me" she said while slapping your ass

"why is everyone whispering so much today. I literally can't even focus on what the sensei is trying to explain" you complained
"you're such a good girl" one of your classmates said to you
"I will fucking kick your ass right now kuroo" mikisa said as she flipped him off "I heard some girls in the hallways say there was a new student coming tomorrow or today i don't remember" she continued
"yea it's a guy." kuroo continued "what if he's a senior too..maybe that's why all the girls are getting their panties w-"
"can you actually shut the fuck up" you said
~the classroom door clicked open~
"students may I have your attention" sensei said
"hello everyone I'm sure you guys should know me by now I'm the principal. I came to introduce you to a new student today. He just arrived from the UK"
"wow he's gorgeous" mikisa said

"huh what happened" you say snapping back into reality.
"introduce yourself" sensei said
"hi my name is Keiji Akaashi I'm a senior-
you felt your ears ring and felt like your heart skipped a beat. There he was. Infront of your own eyes again. The Keiji Akaashi that left to the UK leaving you with nothing but pain and sorrows. The Akaashi you loved with all your heart.
"sit next to kuroo" sensei told him
"Y/n" mikisa whispered "is that..?"
"mhm" you whispered back"
"fuck" mikisa whispered
(kuroo sits behind mikisa which means the empty seat is behind you)
~you put your head down~
"hi my name is kuroo, this is mikisa" kuroo explained to him
"nice to meet you" mikisa said "this is y/n"
AKAASHI'S POV
the girl in the white shirt with a brown skirt looks so familiar but I can't put my finger on it. I don't want to make it seem like I'm staring at her. mikisa ? mikisa..? wait..
"sir next to kuroo" sensei ordered you

"hi my name is kuroo, this is mikisa" some guy with what looks like bedhead hair
"nice to meet you" mikisa said "this is y/n"
