MY FAVE SOGGY ENCHILADAS RECIPE WAS MISSING!!! I couldn't believe my eyes! I rushed to my mum and yelled "WHERE THE FUCK DID MY SOGGY ENCHILADAS RECIPE GO" she looked at me shocked "you mean...it's not in the Mexican recipes with my oma cookbook?!" NO!" I replied rapidly. We stared into each others eyes I could feel both our hearts sink when we realised, Our soggy enchiladas recipe from our fave cookbook "Mexican recipes with my Ona" was gone forever
The next day was another cold summers day, and I woke up with the best idea I had ever had!! I could recreate my fave soggy enchiladas recipe from my fave cookbook "Mexican recipes with my oma" and so that is adsacly what I did! I grabbed my beef mince and started slaving away in the kitchen for hours. But finally it was done and ready to eat. The smell of cumin, chilli and paprika floated around the house, the perfectly melted cheese on the top I couldn't wait to try my creation.
Tasted shit ordered a new cook book from Amazon. The End.
