A/N: Early update because I couldn't wait till Friday.

It was like a whirlwind of anger had seeped into S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ, and it came in the form of one very angry Tony Stark. He huffed out a breath of annoyance as he traversed the cold metal flooring. He never liked it here, what with all the super secret spy missions and all their fancy gadgets that he could make ten times better, but most of all he never got along with Fury. It was a very rare occasion that the genius ever saw eye to eye with the guy, and when he did, it was mostly when it concerned his team and what plans they should and shouldn't be doing. The mission that Steve and the spy twins went on, definitely falls under his "shouldn't have done it in the first place" list.

He was starting to get sick of seeing everybody look at him like he was crazy or about to explode; which to be fair he was going to, but not at any of them, no, at the man who sent his super soldier on that dumbass mission. Well, if one more person looked at him he was going to snap at them, maybe it might make him feel better? Ok, who is he kidding, only yelling at Fury would make him feel better.

He finally got to Fury's office no a moment later, his hand reaching for the doorknob and finding the door locked.

"Fury, open the fucking door, now!" He yelled.

"Do you have an appointment, Mr. Stark?" Fury said calmly.

"Yeah. My foot in your ass, now open the damn door!" He furiously jiggled the doorknob, still finding it locked. He heard footsteps and a heavy sigh, followed by the sound of the handle finally being unlocked. The door opened and he angrily stormed his way into the office.

"You have a lot of explaining to do, Nick." He said, venom dripping off every word. The spy simply stood there, his hand behind his back after he closed the door. "Don't just stand there, you asshole, tell me why you sent them on that mission?!"

"What mission?" Fury questioned. Tony clicked his teeth with his tongue, his foot tapping against the floor of Fury's office, his anger spiking to dangerous levels.

"What kinda idiot do you fucking take me for!? The mission you sent Steve, Nat and Clint on, the one that got Steve captured, and also possibly getting your spy twins killed!"

"I assure you Mr. Stark, I did no such thing." Fury walked his way past Tony, sitting back down at his desk, hands clasped together as he looked at the fuming genius standing there in the middle of the room. God, if Tony didn't have such a tight lid on his emotions that were swirling inside his chest, he would've strangled the man right then and there.

"Alright, listen here you super asshole," Tony sat down on the chair across from Fury, taking his phone out of his pocket and showing him all the information that he and JARVIS gathered, "this data was heavily encrypted, and I wondered, 'why exactly would Fury not tell his best agents the whole details about the mission.' So, I did some digging and found this crucial information, which, surprise surprise, turns out to be you sending Steve and the spy twins to their doom. So what's your play, huh?"

"Mr. Stark," Fury said calmly, "any and all information at S.H.I.E.L.D. is classified, yes, but if I were to send your best friend, Romanoff and Barton on a mission that dangerous, then I would surely tell them. I do not send my agents to their doom without first going through my field agents. If the area they're going to proves to be too dangerous, then we do not send them out. Second of all, do you think I'm that much of an asshole?"

"Do you want me to answer that?" Fury rolled his eye at Tony's sass, choosing to ignore it. "Still, that doesn't make any sense. The mission details specified that it was a reconnaissance mission, but after I decrypted it, the rest of the information was brought forth. So, if what you say is true, then who else would have access to sending them wherever the fuck they went?"
