Chapter 40

On Monday morning, Harry is beyond excited to go to Niall's.

He has missed Niall, it's crazy how they only saw each other yesterday and yet, Harry is missing Niall impossibly much. He thinks it's scary, how attached he is already.

It's still early, and he knows he doesn't need to go to Niall's for another hour. Yet, he is eager to get there and starts wondering if he could text Niall and ask to come early. Without too much thinking, he grabs his phone and sends a text, asking if he could come already.

Niall answers a few minutes later, telling he is still in bed but saying if Harry wants to come, he can. Harry answers by saying he is on his way, telling Niall he will hurry. Niall answers with saying he's going to take a quick shower before Harry arrives.

Once Harry parks his car and steps outside, he sees Niall standing on his doorstep in his pyjama pants. Harry smiles, thinking Niall looks breathtaking, even though it's early in the morning and Niall has just woken up.

Harry starts walking towards Niall and much to his surprise, Niall starts almost running to him and once he reaches Harry, he wraps his arms around Harry and pulls him into a tight embrace.

"Hi," Harry breaths out once Niall pulls away a bit.

"Hi," Niall says and a smile forms on his face.

They keep looking at each other for a minute, both of them smiling. Harry grows impatient and he leans in, bringing his lips to Niall's and kissing him softly.

Once they break their kiss, they both smile even wider and Niall motions Harry to come inside. Harry's heart flutters and he can't stop smiling, he feels happy and carefree now that he is with Niall again.

"Aisling is still sleeping," Niall says and Harry nods, taking off his shoes and following Niall to kitchen.

"Breakfast?" Niall asks and looks at Harry who nods. He is hungry since he didn't eat anything at home, he was in a rush to see Niall and he completely forgot to eat.

"Can you make coffee?" He then asks and Harry nods again, quickly pecking Niall's cheek and beginning to make coffee.

He smiles when he feels Niall's arms around him as Niall hugs him from behind. Harry sighs, leaning in to the touch and bringing his hand on Niall's bicep.

Niall nuzzles on the spot behind Harry's ear, squeezing him a bit and sighing, wanting to continue hugging Harry as long as possible. He stands on his tiptoes, reaching to place a kiss on Harry's cheek.

"I missed you," Harry suddenly mumbles.

"Yeah?" He hears Niall whispering.

"Yeah," he whispers back.

"I missed you too," Niall confesses and presses his lips on Harry's cheek before letting go of him.

A small smile forms on Harry's face and he throws his arms around Niall, hugging him quickly before pulling away and pressing his lips against Niall's. Niall smiles into the kiss, pecking Harry's lips lovingly and bringing his hands to Harry's hips.

Harry brushes his nose against Niall's before pecking the tip of his nose. They both smile at each other, Niall leaning in to peck Harry's lips again.

"You look really happy," Niall decides to comment as he playfully pokes Harry's dimple.

"So do you," Harry comments back and pecks Niall's nose.

"I'm never going to get to work in time if we keep doing this," Niall realises and sighs a bit.
