Huma quietly shut the door to Yigit's room when she sees Can is walking away from Sanem. They have won, she thinks, Can is finally finished with the mahalla girl. She looks at Yigit and nods her head.
Sanem's POV
What is wrong with me? It takes me all of 10 seconds after watching Can leave to realize I am an idiot. I know in my heart that he would not burn my journal. He asked me to only trust him, to take his hand and go somewhere we could talk and not be disturbed but my mind was confused from all the events of the night. But, I know.
Quickly she runs out the door of the hospital, looking everywhere she does not see Can, She tries to call him but it goes straight to voice mail. She runs out into the parking lot and sees his truck pulling out. Looking around she waves for a taxi that is parked on the street. Running to get in, she tells the driver to follow the black truck that is in front of them. She asks him to try and catch the truck but as luck would have it they are caught by a redlight.
She gives the driver Can's address and sits back in the seat. She once again tries to call Can, she leaves him a message that she is on her way to his house, to please wait for her. She prays that he gets the message.
Twenty minutes later, the taxi pulls into the Divit estate, she asks the driver to please wait for her, she wants to make sure that Can is still there. She knocks loudly on the door but there is no answer. She looks around and sees his truck is not there. She hops back into the taxi and gives him directions to the mountain hut.
Ah, Sanem, Ah, she thinks, I can't live without him, please Allah let him be at the mountain hut.
