The short a waited chapter!
Roman: Remus?
Remus: Roman?
Patton looked over, looking surprised but staying quiet. He let go of Roman, the other swimming towards the glass to cry out.
Roman: Remus! This is where you've been?!
He looked so upset, never having known what happened to his twin.
Zyler, nudging Janus' side and mumbling: They know each other?
Janus, nodding then quietly replying: seems so... hm.
Remus: I missed you so much!
Roman: I did too!
Remus: Kinda sad that we are being reunited here though huh?
Roman: Yea..Wait have they been starving you?
Remus:..no..?
Roman: So they have. Don't worry when Thomas finds us you'll have all the food you want.
Remus: That's something to look forward to.
Patton swam over, looking between and seeming to make the connection.
Patton: He's your twin! The one that—
Roman, nodding to Patton with a sad smile: Yes that was taken. This is where's he's been.
The three humans just watched as the three mers seemed to happily talk, not speaking english. Janus: This is ridiculous, should we put him back now?
Zlyer: Shh, I wanna see how this plays out.
Janus: Fine.
Remus: So who's Thomas a potential lover?
Roman: What? No! He helped me get out of an aquarium.
Remus: Yah, those things suck.
Patton: Maybe they noticed we're gone.
*With Thomas*His phone alerts him that something bad could have happened. This causes Thomas to wake up.Thomas mumbling: I swear if this is the fifth false alarm this week I might actually lose my mind.Pulling on a t shirt and pants he grabs his keys and heads to to his car. He pulls into a parking space and walks to the door. Thomas stops in his tracks when he sees the broken glass. He calls the police,then Remy and Emile.
The police arrive a bit after, Thomas, Remy and Emile speaking with them about what they figured out from employees and video cameras. They were all worried, hoping the mers weren't hurt.
Time skip 10 minutes
Thomas was watching the footage again. His elbow presses the volume button. He can hear Roman?
Roman in the video: Let go of me! You tall person who is surprisingly tall for what your weight looks like with brown hair and one brown and yellow eye! I'm bad at insults. But seriously let me go!
Thomas laughed in relief. This will make it so much easier to find them. But he still has to look everywhere in America and that helps give a description.
(I think I mentioned this but didn't type it? I'm too lazy to remember.)
Thomas showed the police the footage.
Thomas, smiling in relief: Roman happened to give us a description without meaning. That's probably one of the two men that were reported to break in.
Police 1: Excellent, thank you. This definitely will help.
Thomas nodded, giving them the footage and sighing. It helped to know they'd find them sooner now.
*With Roman and Patton*
Patton, tapping Romans arm: Sorry to interrupt you guys talking but can you ask the people if we can eat? I'm kinda hungry.
Roman nods, then speaks to the humans: Are we going to be fed? Patton's hungry.
Zlyer: How am I supposed to know?
Janus glaring: Go
Zlyer: Fine.
Zlyer comes back with food. He hands some to Roman and Patton and Remus.
Zlyer: Happy? What do you say?
Roman: *rolling eyes* Thank you.
They eat the fish.
