well we all got the party together now we just have to get ready for it. me and Ellie walked into our house and I paused looking around our home.
"Ellie...tomorrow remind me we need to do a deep clean of this place"
Ellie gave me a thumbs up and we both walked upstairs.
Ellie went to the bathroom to take a shower. i already took a shower today so I decided I would go ahead and get ready. i looked in our closet and went through my clothes.
I put an outfit together which I never really did I just threw on what was clean mostly cause I never care much. but tonight I decided I would look nice for the party.
my outfit was black jeans that were a bit ripped with a white shirt that was tucked in. i grabbed a jacket as well. it was just a simple black jacket that I didn't zip up.
it's not going all out but it's way more than I normally do.
i sat down at my desk and pulled out my journal. i looked through all the pictures I've drawn in the past. i've been doing this since I found out Ellie did it. that was a year ago but I've gotten a lot better.
my face scrunched up when I saw some of my old drawings.
"man I kinda sucked" I said to myself as I flipped through pages.
"i think you did fine" Ellie said and I jumped.
"Jesus..."
she smiled knowing she scared me.
i felt water drip on my neck and I looked at her and her hair was still soaked.
i stood up and said "jeez you could've dried off better".
i went to the bathroom and grabbed a towel. i started to dry off her hair. she was already dressed.
i turned her around and saw the back of her shirt was soaked.
"it's like taking care of a little kid" I mumbled to myself.
"hm?"
"nothing.."
i finished drying off her hair and she had a smile on her face.
"...what?" I asked.
she put her hands on my waist and said "you get all dressed up for me?". i rolled my eyes and said "no I'm trying to catch the eyes of some other person... of course I did".
Ellie smiled a bit and pecked my lips.
i sighed and said "I'm gonna braid my hair alright?". she nodded and I sat back down.
i grabbed two hair ties and braided my hair into two Dutch braids (look it up if you don't know what that is).
Ellie sighed loudly obviously trying to get my attention.
i turned to her and raised my eye brows.
"you want me to braid your hair or something?"
she shook her head and said "no just attention".
i smiled and stood up walking over to her. i laid next to her on the bed and she held onto my hand. i smiled at her.
"how's Maria with the whole group being killed thing?" I asked her with a small frown.
"she stressed... very stressed actually but she said that this party will hopefully lighten up her mood" Ellie responded with a small smile.
30 minutes pass and me and her just talked about how things were going and stuff. me and Ellie were stressed about the group getting killed but like Maria we hope the party will cheer us up.
i looked at the clock then quickly stood up and said "shit we're gonna be late if we don't hurry up".
Ellie sighed then stood up as well and said "well...Cmon then"
me and Ellie made our way to the party. we could already hear music and people talking.
we found Maria immediately and she seemed to really be enjoying herself.
Tommy didn't really like how loud it was. but he knew this was a party and that he had to loosen up.
everyone looked so happy. i smiled a bit while I watched everyone laugh and dance and just have a good time.
Dina ran up to us and said "hey sorry I had to go out JJ in the kids section... I told him that he was aloud to stay with me but he got whinny and wanted to go there". Ellie and I laughed a bit.
we all went to the bar and ordered drinks. I just got a water though cause I was actually thirsty.
we all talked with each other and just had a good time. i looked around for a bathroom and said "I'm gonna be right back I need to use the bathroom".
Ellie nodded and said "alright we'll be right here babe". i nodded and made my way towards the bathroom.
weird stopping place I know but I think the next "chapter" will be of face claims for my original characters. I only have 3 but if you guys want some of your original characters in this tell me and I'll do it!!! but keep in mind these are the bad people in this book. but hope you enjoyed the chapter!!
