Kat and Devyn helped me get ready because I really didn't know how to dress up for this

kat-"ok so you are going to need this" she said as she put a knife in my hand
y/n-"um why?" kat-"remember that guy at the club, well these people are ten times worse you are going to need that" she took it and strapped it around my leg
devyn-"ok let's go, also y/n you look stunning in that dress" I smiled "thank you"
we walked downstairs, Sam and colby were waiting there
colby didn't even look at us he was on his phone talking to someone, but Sam's jaw dropped when he saw Kat
I smiled at how cute they were together sam put his arm around kats waist and said "ok let's go, devyn you are driving with me and Kat and y/n you are going with colby"
colby was already out sitting in his car still on his phone so I just walked over there on my own
I got in and just then colby finished his phone call "ok you rea-" he looked over at me and looked me up and down and smirked "wow... you look beautiful" I smiled and said "thank you" ______________
the ride there was fine nothing interesting happened except I got a few more compliments from colby
