On with the story.
When I first saw her I was swinging from a shandelier. Now I know what your thinking; why was I swinging from a chandelier? We'll, let's just say that it wasn't the weirdest thing that I had done that year. But like all good things it came to end. As I got down to the floor professor Wolfington asked what I had been doing up there. I didn't know that to say, so I just looked at him. I was, and honestly still am an idiot. When I saw her closer up I was taken aback.
She had long brown hair and matching eyes. She seemed to stair at me, more than likely because of the color of my eyes. I was broken out of my stupor to when she spoke up. "I dropped my notebook on the way in, he offered to grab it for me." I had to smile at that. She stuck up for me even though she didn't know me. The teachers seemed to accept that answer. As they left I smiled at the girl, "thanks, I'm Jax." She smiled back and said, "Of course. I'm Gilly, nice to meet you." Kayla smiled at me, "Hi Jax!" I smiled back, "Hi Kayla!" He said. And off we went to class.
The thing about class is that it's all pretty easy for me. I didn't do anything to get here. You see I'm a spy, for the royal court, of course no one knows that but my father and I. I snapped back into reality when Harlow snapped at Gilly and Jocelyn laughed. This is going to be a long year.
