chapter 2 Darkness

Shu's POV
"Uggghh" I hear a voice say as I get up to find Valt laying on the ground like he had a bad day. I look down at him as he looks up at me. I laugh and say "what's wrong buddy?" In a teasing tone as he glares at me and says "Nothing..." I felt bad for him so I gave him a hug. He hugs me back. I could tell he likes my hugs because he felt so much better. To be honest I really enjoyed his hugs too. I look at his blushing face and I smile at it. He looks so cute when he blushes so all I could do was smile. "So? Wanna train together?" I ask as he gets up and nods like he's determined. We then go to train together. "I'll be right back!" Valt says going to get ice cream. I then hear someone come up me. "Hey little boy would you like some candy?" The mysterious person says as they give me a candy. I say "No thanks I'm good" "I know your best friend loves candy I'll give it to him if you don't eat it!" They say angrily. I decided I'd eat it because Valt loves food and candy is food so he wouldn't say no so I took one for the team. I then passed out.

A few hours later
I woke up to find myself in a dark creepy place to find a man with a mask on. It was Ashtem. He looked at me and said "we meet again Kurenai so..." I glare at him. He smirks at me and says "Red Eye is still in you.. Your dark side is still there NOW I'M GOING TO FILL YOU UP WITH DARKNESS!!" He then laughs. I felt pain and suffering. I couldn't handle it much longer so I screamed hoping someone would hear me. I then heard footsteps I got scared a little.

???: HEY RELEASE HIM NOW!!!!
Ashtem: Well well well if it isn't **** Come to join the party I see?

Who is this mysterious person? Are they good? Or is this another trick?  Will shu be Ok? Let's find out now because why not.

???: LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!
Shu: *gasps*
???: HOW DARE YOU DO THIS TO SHU!!!!!
Shu's mind : **** what are you doing in a dangerous place like this??
???'s mind: I have come to save you!
Ashtem: Aww how sweet you hear that Shu your best friend is going to save you but FAIL!!!

Yep here comes Valt and saving his best friend once again let's just see how this turns out. Maybe their relationship will be stronger and they'll like each other even more.

Shu's POV
I couldn't believe it. My best friend has come to the rescue. Let's just hope he has what it takes to defend me. I didn't want Valt to get hurt so I grabbed him and ran off. Despite being chased half to death. But we made it out alive thankfully. Well my eardrums didn't because Valt screamed the whole time. Rip eardrums
